Apparently I've been saying assault wrong my whole life, but that's okay because wrong here is actually right for English everywhere else. Because America. (People would always correct me because I say it like -sult not -salt)

I also don't know how to read because I just posted in The First Poster Wins thinking it was The Last Poster Wins...

I can imagine the flak I'd receive if I went to America... hah! Every second word someone would try to correct me.

I say salt as "sult" in all circumstances... never really thought about it until now actually.

I wish modding The Witcher 3 was easier...

I would not try to correct you! I would understand you are not from the USA and look for someone who knows how to speak Old English (UK), Old English (AUS), Old English (Hong Kong), or some translator that could help you get settled in, or for a small fee for a translator if you are on your vacation here; where we speak Modern English (US) mixed with all the other countries delightful versions of the Queens English (UK) .

(Laughter breaks out. People in the room all pointing their index fingers at me and laughing because I am being so stupid to think anyone would care.)

I WIN!

Hey, now, don't blame us for the dialect inconsistencies...Britain colonized every bit of land they could. :armscrossed: So, its all your fault!

A wha? Wind-cheater? What a cheesy name. "Coat" is much more satisfying to say. And easier. Thus we win.

I have thin lined hoodie which is called a "Wind Breaker". Anything heavier than the thin tent like fabric used for it, for the Spring and Summer breezes is called a, "Hoodie" or if it doesn't have a hood it's a, "Jacket". "Coat"? That is so old fashion!

Come on folks! Keep up with the dress codes times.

I win!
