how can i download the armor without the googles? if isn't a download like that please giveme a tutorial to remove the googles with nifscope

This is the wrong thread for that sort of question. Create your own post instead. "Googles" are either a separate accessory (like sunglasses) or part of the mesh of some headgear. Other "armor" is separate. See the tutorials in the "Armor & Clothes" section of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article.

 

This thread for asking about the identify of a mod you know exists. The phrase "armor without the googles" is too vague to be useful. What sort of armor, and what sort of goggles? A link to an image or mod is preferable to ensure we know what you are talking about.

As for the actual mod itself, its based off of a game called Black Light Retribution and the specific name of that helmet is called Allied R5X GHOST, which was originally from a mod called Black Light;

Someone else asked about this several pages back, no one knew a thing about it. I did some searching again and discovered the author's name was CrushOwervite. Upon finding that I did some more searching but still couldn't find anything, this armor may be lost.

Hi, somehow i enabled this perk: Veteran Mercenary and i did the mistake to choose it.

 

Well, the problem is that this perk is too good for my gameplay and i don't want it anymore.

I don't know from which mod i got it (i tried to find it with no success), so i need help to either remove it (i don't know its ID) or change its effect.

 

If someone can change its effect, i would like to make it: "replenish 10% of the lost hp you lose in each combat, every time the combat ends", if you can't do that, i have two alternatives, 1) make it regain 30 hp every time the combat ends or 2) regain 10hp/min permanent

 

Also, i would like if someone can make some perks to increase the weight limit

a) one to increase 60lbs and have as requirements: lvl 40 character, Strength 8, Endurance 8 and "Burden to bear" perk (i know a perk that gives 100lbs but i believe is too strong for my gameplay)

b) one to increase 0.5lbs for each character's lvl, so if the caracter is lvl 50, you get +25lbs (and it's going up as the character's lvl going up too). i want this perk with three ranks, each rank will add the same effect to the previus one, so in rank 3, we'll get 1.5lbs (0.5*3) for each character's lvl. also as requirement make it lvl 50, (i believe it doesn't worth to get this perk before this lvl)

c) for the finale, i would like one perk that will require the previus two perks i mentioned (the second perk in rank 3) and its effect would be to increase my weight limit 5% of the current weight i carry. for example, if i carry items weighting 500lbs, this perk will increase my limit to 25lbs more. i want three ranks in this perk (+5% for each rank - 15% total with all three ranks together)

What you need is the "cheat" mod "Fallout NV Cheat Terminal Redux" which lets you add or remove any Perk (among other things). Your current (and available) Perks are listed, so you don't need to know the mod it came from.

 

Your requests for alternatives are best presented as a separate thread in the "Mod Requests" sub-forum where they can properly be discussed. This isn't the place for "new mod" requests.

thanks for the mod, i have already installed it, the problem is that this perk doesn't exist in the computer's list (i have checked all categories 2-3 times to be 100% sure)

Yes, that is possible. But in that instance the Perk has been "baked" into your save game files. If that is the case, the best solution I can think of is to go back to a save game before you had added that Perk. Second best would be to identify the "Base-ID" of the Perk from the mod (re-enable it in your load order and then load only it into FNVEdit, scroll down the left-hand pane that mod, <Left-click> on the "+" to the left of it to expand it, scroll down to the "Perk" category and <Left-click> on the "+" to the left of it). Look up the "Editor-ID" and the corresponding "FormID" column contains the "Base-ID". (I've seen mixed information as to whether to use the "Base-ID" or the "Editor-ID". The GECKWiki example uses the "Editor-ID", so note both and try the other if you encounter problems.)

 

Leaving the mod in your load order, restart the game and then you can try the console command "Player.removeperk <Base-ID>" (without the quotes or <angle braces>). Check your SPECIAL stats to see if the Perk is gone. If so, then perform a "Clean Save" as laid out in the 'Clean Saves' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.
