OP here. I'm the one who voted "Undecided and fluctuate", which is the reason I posted this poll. I always want to play the way I played in Skyrim, FO3, FONV, Oblivion and Morrowind, which is to say with a first person silent protagonist. It's been hard for me to adjust to this new system which is why I often use the mod that silences the voices and then I keep the dialogue camera off. Playing that way it's just like all those other games for me. But then I turn around and see my girlfriend at her desk playing with the dialogue camera on, and it always looks so cool. It provides such a good look at the character and they always look best this way. That's when I play for a while with the dialogue camera on and the No Voice mod removed. Then my character says something in a way that I wouldn't say it, or says something with a cheesy smile (I noticed half the SS dialogue involves a stupid cheesy smile), and I go back to silent first person again.

This is why I posted this poll. I'm a spineless wimp who can't make up his mind in this matter, and therefore I require majority rule. Pathetic, I know, but I need the community to make up my mind for me.

Always on and I play mostly in 3rd person except when I really need to get a good look at something. I didn't spend all that time in the character creator just to look at my hands. ;)

Of course, I'm also a Bioware junkie so 3rd person playing is more natural for me.

Off for quite a while until I had to turn it on to progress in a certain mandatory conversation. I turned it on then, and have been playing with it on since. I have also left PC voice enabled although I dislike a lot of what I hear; I figure I can always leave it on the cutting room floor for a subsequent play.
