A switch or something along those lines is exactly what we need. I dislike it when people say that something needs to be one thing or the other. Why not both? Unless there is a technical reason, of course.

It would be interesting to see who uses what. I would bet most MOD creators use MO because they realize how superior it is. Even the Nexus sees this. I am a few of those 20 Million downloads of NMM but I would never go back after using MO.

@Tannin42 - Congratulations and good luck! I'm looking forward to what you and your team will produce in the coming months. I'm a heavy user of both NMM and MO (ex STEP team member, left due to other commitments) and I think that combining the two is the best thing that could happen. Might be fine for a good chunk of people, and that's ok, but it won't be for me. I'd honestly rather stick to an alpha version of Mod Organizer than use a mod manager without that VFS again, it was just too good of a feature to go back to not using.
