It's the only subset... so, by default it's the highest. It was kind of a trick. But, yes I'm just bitter that I can't use it :(

I too want to express my thanks, Arthmoor. Your and your team's countless contributions (including mods, posts, forums, bug tracking, change logs etc.) did a lot to improve overall quality and feel of the game, including other's mods.
