NiJyuYonJikanShinderera
I love this mod manager. I'm not very good with computers, before this mod manager came along i was able to get like one New Vegas mod to work and eventually just gave up, Vortex made everything a walk in the park and i have 20+ installed now, but there's one issue that's preventing this manager from being perfect. When you install a mod that has multiple plugins you get a dropdown notification that tells you there are multiple plugins and the option to either dismiss or enable all. This is a huge issue for mods like Fallout Character Redesign 3 which has multiple plugins where you're only supposed to enable one. I have no idea why you couldn't just click an option that shows what these plugins are and which ones to enable. I could just do another MM but I've heard that using multiple mod managers can mess things up.Maybe there's some way to fix this i'm not aware of, any help would be appreciated. NiJyuYonJikanShinderera
Wait my bad the mod listed isn't the one i was thinking about, but it still does this for certain mods
HadToRegister
The problem is, most of the games BEFORE skyrim, such as Fallout New Vegas, Oblivion, Fallout 3, didn't really have a Standard for packaging the mods yet, FONV was about the time a standard was starting to develop. So what happens is you'll get mods with multiple CHOICES for using ONE Esp, but all the esps are just zipped up together in one directory, because back then, it was about 50/50 that people were installing by hand or using a mod manager of some sort. For the older games you're going to have to check each Mod Archive and make sure it's packaged correctly in order to use it with Vortex
Zanderat
What I do is "enable all" and then go to the plugins tab and disable the ones I don't want.
BigBizkit
Would it make sense for you to e.g. have a "Show" button on that notification that than takes you to the plugins screen filtering for the mod you just installed? That would basically accomplish what you are asking for, if I am understanding you correctly.
AugustaCalidia
Wat I do is "enable all" and then go to the plugins tab and disable the ones I don't want. I do the same thing.
