An Australian show called 'Return to Paradise', a who done it type series based on the British one 'A Murder in Paradise' having the same 'Agatha Christi like format'; that is all the suspects are rounded up at the end of every episode, except for two episode specials, and the hero detective points out the villain, or villains, and how they carried out their crime.

Those can be fun when you all sit around explaining who you think did it and why and then play the actual solution! 😄

I have seen some of the early Murder in Paradise a very long time ago, when I watched TV - it was a strange little beast that one...

We're on Season 2 of Star Trek The Next Generation. Dr Crusher has gone for a bit - thankfully.*

*No, I'm not sure why I'm watching TNG again either... except occasionally we watch the entire Star Trek franchise and it wouldn't be 'right' to skip this one... (we do skip episodes though...) 😄

I've been showing my girlfriend the show Band of Brothers. I love the show because I have an ancestor who served in the 101st Airborne Division during WW2.

Yesterday's Enterprise The Next Generation. Some of the crew got killed and I hoped that everyone would be sucked into space but no... at the last minute the time line changed and they did that children's essay thing effectively - where they woke up and it was all a dream. The stupid thing is that I know we have all these episodes to go still so the chance of losing the entire crew is zero - what would all those other DVDs have on them for a start?

But I still hope.

The Offspring - TNG. I really like this episode. The only thing I don't like is that Data doesn't give up his life for Lal thereby ridding the series of one of its major annoyances for me... 😁 Lal is lovely, she is naive and charming and innocent and thus very honest and she can see things as they really are without all the pretences that the rest of them have. It's the one of the very very few times TNG has managed to make me sad for one of the characters.
