Download history functionality on file comments for mod authors

Interesting feature, works like a charm. Also it was able to give me a good laugh.

I recently had a person tell me how I could improve a mod I released over two years ago. Looking at the download history, I found out that the twit hadn't even downloaded the mod he gave such good suggestions about....

wow, just checked my mods. It's not cool to see people giving jerk opinions and finding out they never downloaded the mod in the first place. I guess this will give us modders some insight to not respond to idiots or respond telling them that they have no place for an opinion until they download it.
