Being a great modder or a great member of the community would never grant you absolute dowhateverthehellyouwant status. Even moderators and admins don't have this, and Dark0ne is ultimately in charge.

It is a modified gamebryo with a new name. Doesn't seem to be anything special to me. Seriously? We are addressing some of the issues with the game, and discussing them. How about you shut up and let us civilly discuss what we think is going wrong with the game.

Planning a mod before even the release of the game usually ends up in the team falling apart and disagreeing on something before the game even begins.

So you want a simple Call of Duty style game in TES world with "press x to do awesome"? There is no real middle in complex and simple. That is really unrelated and well in tech terms isn't true. There are ways to have something complex and put it into simplicity. Vice-versa. Perhaps you forgot about the Dodge addition in Oblivion. That has complexity in it. But is simple nonetheless. What I am trying to explain is, at least in Elder Scrolls series, there are always people leaving the series when the new game is too simple. Too not much like their first game, and people joining the series when perhaps Morrowind was hard for them and they found Oblivion easier and more fun. You would never be able to satisfy all parties

Mods are in perfect world meant to be added gameplay to give you more hours to the gameplay. To give you more value of the game over time. They are not meant to fix the developer's interest in holding your hand and making the game not be the sequel to the original, adding some gameplay mechanics that the people there from the beginning would find interesting. Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion and the upcoming Skyrim all play differently and someone that might have found Daggerfall appealing might have hated Morrowind, or someone that LOVED Morrowind might have got upset that the spears were left out in Oblivion as it was his favorite weapon. New people will come and leave the series as the players are eventually outburned and missused. So perhaps Elder Scrolls 7 if that will ever come to be, might not have modding tools and be a multiplayer arena run-around-spam-spells sort of game. Which will have appeal to some people, but those that played Morrowind, and Oblivion would just hate it.

Having a spouse was already quite a controversial decision. If you had kids to go, you would barely have time for yourself. Nor saving the world. This isn't Sims people. Lets at least not go that far.

MW3>BF3 :P Sorry can't hear you over the sound of a jet flying over my head, a tank shooting its cannon, and a building almost collapsing on me. ;D

Been there couple of month back. Its under constructions. Not much to see there yet

I'll stick to Battlefield. I already tried arguing with you a year or so ago, so not really going to do it now :P

I would say most Russian sites at least do not steal bandwidth and most of it's users would not be able to navigate an English site like the nexus. Most mods are also translated by those Russian communities also. So doesn't hurt anyone really. And thanks for blocking them Dark0ne ;D No, they don't steal bandwidth, they just steal your whole mod and post it illegally on their site. So yes it does hurt us...really, are you that naive? I'd rather not get into a debate here but when a mod is introduced to another huge community that don't just c+p it to their site but also take efforts and translate it? I don't see why not. I am not what you exactly call a great modder but if my mod is good enough for someone to take efforts to translate and introduce to people that might have had no chance to have it before on an English site...

I'm half tempted to contact some of the people related to their previous projects... Particularly Gas Powered Games (which has no mention of Olympus games on their site), to see if even that end of the story checks out. This entire site is run by like 5 college students and they try to make themselves look like a big company. I highly doubt that anything there is close to being real.

Decided to look them up on Google earth... Interesting part... The building at that address looks nothing like that picture, and they are apparently across the street from a church. And their legal offices... I kid you not, looks like it's someone's house. If you weren't convinced that this was a shady operation before, it clearly is now. Their site tries to look all professional, but most of it seems to be lies. Its an apartment building xD

Now its "The following number is not in service" I begin to wonder why...
-
Calling them is a bit more direct as they don't know if I am an angry modder or a business man trying to buy their user's information

I am calling them up today to talk about this bulls*** as their phone appears on the site. >.> I suggest everyone who can, please do this.
