  1. @wayneout; "Frosty", as its name implies, is only for games based on the Frostbite engine. Won't do a thing for ME1-ME3. As for the others, as with all mods/mod managers: Caveat Lusor ("Player Beware") and, "Use at your own risk." You really have to try and see what works for you. If the instructions seem too complicated, that's probably not the one for you.
  2. @SkullRott; Sounds like you should take this issue to the Vortex Support forum...
  3. @DarkxKirlia; If you can play the game, you have "dragonageinquisition.exe" on your computer. It's the main game executable. Depending on where/how you installed the game it could be in one of several locations. But @Dmitrias is correct about the most common/likely place to find it. [EDIT] On my Win10-64bit rig, having installed the game using the usual EA/Origin download and making no changes to the default location, it's found at: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\"
  4. @mooredoge; Probably not helpful, but have to ask: You *are* on version 1.05, right?
  5. jmtc on this: 1. I don't WANT my personal email address being provided to PM'ers. Ever. I'll give people that information directly myself if I want them to have it (which I generally don't. :armscrossed: ) 2. "Obfuscated" email addresses are more-and-more likely to be blocked as anti-spam techniques at the ISP/mail handler-level improve. Unless "nexusmods.com" (or its provider) actually operated the mail server and did the re-packaging of the incoming message, (lots of custom code needed there!) many systems would note that the "From" address isn't real and drop it. 3. Logging-in to reply to a PM isn't a very big deal (to me.) Honestly.
  6. @JimFusion; There's a whole 3D Modeling forum. You might get more help if you post your query in that one.
  7. @wayneout; Vortex does not support ANY Frostbite-based game, (and doesn't even support the first two DA-series games very well anyway.) Both DAI Mod Manager and Frosty do. Frosty is the "more modern" (and flexible) tool for modding Frostbite. Some, but not all, mods that were originally released in the ".daimod" format have been converted for use with Frosty. Personally, I've used both. But not at the same time.
  8. ^^^ THIS ^^^ Any game built on the Frostbite engine is hard enough to mod for the PC. Only a very limited number of things (e.g. textures) can be changed. For consoles? Fuggedaboutit.
  9. @CrAsHnBuRnPs3; The Nexus "Chat" was disabled when we switched to Discord as the primary "conversation" utility some time ago. And no, there is no way to remove entries from your Download History. That data is useful in many ways (site stats, mod author credit, etc.)
  10. lynchpedos777 banned. Reason: Inappropriate username Moderation history This member received 0 informal warnings and 1 formal warnings before they were banned
  11. @GraveGiver371; Need a LOT more information in order to help you. Starting with how/where you have the game, your downloaded mod file, and DA Tool Suite installed, followed by which mods (EXACTLY, full filenames and extensions) you're trying to install. Without those sorts of details, we'd all just be throwing darts at the problem... :geek:
  12. @WakeXT; If the mod isn't posted here for all members to download, then it can't be re-distributed (or solicited for distribution) from here... Unless the original author explicitly declares that to be alright. So maybe you could contact her/him again and see if s/he would allow that?
  13. All depends on the permissions granted to the one you *can* contact. If they were limited to "Ok to port to Steam" and nothing more, then can't re-distribute the content into SSE here on the Nexus. But if permission was more general, "Yeah, feel free to port..." then you're probably ok.
  14. @AquilaNocturnus; Are you looking just to have the actual "scenes" skipped, or to have the romances removed completely? You might want to check out this mod: Dragon Age Kids. It does both, as well as turning the entire Main Party (and several dozen NPCs) into children. If that doesn't suit, you might contact the author and see if he could adapt it into what you're looking for. Oh, and you are 100% correct about the game generating "real" emotions in the player. You might appreciate this article: Real Feelings for Virtual People, Psychology of Popular Media Culture, Vol. 1, No. 3, ©2012 American Psychological Association. (Full disclosure, I was one of the DA players who participated in the study. )
  15. Ermmm, "Now that I know..."?!? Didn't you read the TaP when you registered? You certainly checked the box saying you did.
  16. I *think* she's talking about #more hairstyles and #nbaia, based on the tags at the top under the topic title. But tsm's other questions remain valid.
  17. @beebophuckleberry; While @HadToRegister is basically correct regarding re-distributing others' mods here, there is something you might try: Ask the mod author for permission. S/he might say yes.
  18. @BlackZero500; Please don't create multiple topics for the same issue. Since you've added this to the Mod Request forum, closing this one.
  19. As noted, this topic was necro'd from 5 years ago. Locking now.
  20. @savadrin; No one is "assigned" to any of the Request forums. Mod authors are free to look and they decide if they want to take on something. But it's strictly voluntary on their part.
