  1. Note that you can only trade with Penny between 9am and 6pm. She may be at her counter outside those hours, but you can't trade.
  2. What HeyYou said will help you find the mod, but it could be that you had an RPG mod installed and removed it, but the ESP is still in your data folder. This means it may load, but there will be things missing like textures and scripts and other references.
  3. If you want to ignore him, why not simply disable him? That's what I do to Preston every time I don't play for the Minutemen. Hell even if I DO play with the minutemen I disable him when it's convenient.
  4. I just completed that mission with my Siren. Lvl 31. Can't upload the file here though. If you're still interested.
  5. Tyreen and Troy have got to be some of the most annoying characters I've had to endure in a video game. Makes the game unbearable at times. Terrible voice actors and terrible dialogue it just doesn't work. And worst of all most of the time you can't skip their dialogue. I find myself fast traveling when they start talking and I haven't even completed the game yet! I'd very much like a mod where all their voices are removed from the game. And also remove the sounds from the little vids they make. Would make this game 10x better. :D
  6. Couldn't find a mod for this on the Nexus. I'm now using the Asari armor replacer which looks good, but I wanted to use the N7 version because I prefer that. I want to be able to use any armor and have it look like N7. Can some one point me to a mod that has this or to a tutorial on how to do this myself?
  7. The paths automatically form as you approach them so you can just keep walking. You don't have to wait or pause anywhere. You can just rush to the last area, but you do have to wait until that one complets the sequence until you can activate the TV to get out of the memories. I guess I would use the mod that skips it as well, but if you just rush to the end it doesn't really take that long. That's why I've never bothered looking for a mod or try to create one that skips it.
  8. You can actually keep walking to the end. The only thing that takes time is the final sequence. Because you can "soft" skip it, it never really bothered me. Skipping it completely should definitely be possible and probably not very hard. I have the skip minigame mod for Far Harbor where you hack into Dima's memories. I played that once. It was fun, but not for a second time. That mod simply adds the memory fragments to your inventory and forwards the questline with the setstage command when you turn on the system.
  9. Posting a link to offsite content is not breach of IP. The owner of the content has no say in what is linked to his content. Only Nexus themselves can stop it from being linked.
  10. Roger Warwick even has a decent questline called "Building a Better Crop". You need to advance the Institute quests a bit before it activates. Talk to Clayton Holdren to start it. If you're not far enough in the Institute quests then Clayton will tell you to come back later. If you have not already unlocked it, it also allows you to use WW homestead as a settlement.
  11. Vortex is buggy with loading and unloading mods. You're better off using a more stable mod manager until Vortex becomes ok to use. I use NMM myself. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good. Here's some info on Sim Settlements and the load order: https://www.reddit.com/r/SimSettlements/comments/79j817/setup_guide_for_a_sim_settlements_themed_load/
  12. 1. Don't use Vortex 2. Unofficial patch breaks things 3. Sim settlements may be the one as they need a specific order. Best check out the mod pages for info. 4. Don't use DLC high res pack
  13. Let's agree to disagree shall we. But it may help those players that are looking for specific mods. Although you forgot to add the names of the mods on your post. So when I look at it, I don't know which mod it is. I have to open the link to see.
  14. There's DEF_UI that you can combine with other sorting mods to create a more comprehensive inventory. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10654
  15. That's strange, I've had as much as 40 bodies on screen.
  16. FO4 was never built to be used with VR, but Bethesda released it anyway. I can't help you, but I do wonder what swimming in VR is like. How does that work?
  17. You could also use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26582 I prefer that one as it gives more information on things in general through the console. It also tells you the location and cell info.
  18. Are the bodies disappearing as you look at them? FO4 has a rare bug in vanilla that makes bodies sometimes ignore collision and sink through the ground right after killing an enemy.
  19. Some mods in this list are already combined in others in this list or do the same things and some of these mods break stuff in your game, such as unlimited followers mods. Also sim settlements has a misleading description. It makes it appear as if the settlement manages itself, but it doesn't. Using this mod will require you to regularly visit your settlements to manage stuff that was automatic before. Building a house with sim settlements takes longer and more resources than if you just do it yourself. I removed if because it became such a chore to deal with settlements.
  20. I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
  21. Place Everywhere is awesome. Must have if you want to build without getting frustrated. I wouldn't be able to build half the stuff I have now without it. I can build in the entrance area just fine. It's where I put my turrets.
  22. McDonough definitely knows he's a synth. When you destroy the Institute there's a quest called "In Sheep's Clothing" afterwards in Diamond City where you will find the Mayor shot Danny Sullivan. You can then go upto his office where he holds Geneva hostage. During the conversation he'll admit he's a synth depending on your choices. Don't forget we also have Art, Roger Warwick and more. All traveling merchants are spies (not Synths) You want to really go out there then you can always go with Insane Tinker Tom's ideas about micro robots in the food. I honestly think the Institute doesn't have much more going on than the few people that work for them. The more of their tech they put out there the more vulnerable they become. I'm not even sure why they put Synths out there at all. They're not half interested in the outside world as you may think. From the conversations you have in the Institute most people don't care and have given up on those on the surface.
  23. Definitely something in the market area that's doing this. I get no FPS drops in DC. I do get them occasionally outside in the Boston down town areas, but never inside DC.
  24. The boots are probably clipping because you need high heels system. Look it up. If you remove the CBBE body then you wont have your own preset, but use the default one.
