    Does anyone have any advice for removing skunk smell from your house? It isn't too bad but you can still smell it a bit because he ran in the house dripping skunk juice everywhere. The cat is kind of a lost cause right now, we tried washing him with skunk smell removing shampoo but his head and face still reek to high heaven.. (that's right where he got the worst of it, he was blind for more than 45 minutes)

     

    Now my mother is screaming after me to take a bath in tomato juice, too. Ugh this is just the worst thing ever, worst Saturday night in my entire life.

    Dremora textures

    Where can I find the default textures for the Dremora face and body? I know a lot of other people have made retextures but all of them are really drastic changes, and I don't like that. I really like the default and don't want to really change them, just sharpen them up a bit.

    So... what ARE your favourite races in Oblivion? Can be the vanilla or custom races that you like, please share them! (and notice I said races, not just race! you don't have to pick just one... :happy:)

     

    I really like Nords a lot, females in particular. Just because tall girls are awesome. (wish I was that tall!)

     

    Dark Elves are cool too, even though all the Dunmer NPCs in the game seem to be real grumpy jerks. But being one is cool all the same, just gotta love that blue skin. :laugh:

     

    Oooh I also LOVE playing as a Dremora (I'm playing as one in my current game). It's a shame they were not playable in the vanilla game because they're just one of the coolest races ever. There's something just really attractive about playing as renegade Dremo who somehow escaped from the realm of Oblivion, and likes the normal realm so much that he/she is willing it work against and slaughter their own kin in order to save it... plus Dremora men are really smexylicious. :cool:

    Why do all the NPC Khajiit's have ears that stick up and only go back when they're upset or whatever, just like a real cat, but if I try to create a PC Khajiit, the ears are permentantly pinned back like they're always angry or something? :pinch:

    Body models

    Somewhere I read that someone said all of the races use the exact same body models. Is this true?

     

    Doesn't look very true to me. I can swear there are model differences to be seen with different race; Wood Elves seem very tiny compared other races, and Nords and High Elves seem to tower above everyone else heighwise. :confused:

    Messed up vampire females

    Yeah I have the latest patch AND the unofficial patch and yet for some reason when I load up my game my female vampire STILL looks like a f*cking tranny. The one reason I downloaded that stupid arse unofficial patch and the problem is STILL there.

     

    Nothing I am trying will fix it. If I try to load up an Imperial character save and then my vampire save, the game just crashes. And if I try to use that damned sexchange cheat, the game just crashes and for the life of me I have no idea why.

     

    Please help, I don't know what to do I can't stand have a transsexual vampire...

    I'm very upset because I wasn't sure why the hell the Blade of Woe only had 3 damage points. So I did some reading and learned about leveled items. And I'm like, UM what in the world... so it's only as powerful as my character was when I first received it? I'm at level 3 now and for some reason it still only has 3 damaged points.

     

    I joined the Brotherhood really early in the game so of course I'm very pissed about this. Seriously this sucks ass big time. Is there any mods available that get around this?? I want my good Blade of Woe..

    Non hostile creatures

    How do you make creatures that normally serve as enemies non-hostile (unless you attack them)?

     

    I'm making my own rendition of the abandoned house in Cheydinhal, and I want to place a skeleton, a rat and couple of other creatures in there (so I can fill up the place with treasure yet still have it be plausible that no one has ever tried to break in there to steal any, because it's haunted) but I want to make sure they do not automatically try to attack the player. :confused:

     

    Infact how do I even create a new creature?

    This sucks, it's so depressing I tell you, the Dark Brotherhood storyline was so cool at first, but then comes the Purification quest where you have to kill all those awesome people at the Sanctuary that have been so nice to you (save for that asinine Khajit dude.) Probaby the one person I hated killing the most was Vincente Valtieri, I really liked him a lot, plus he was my sire (guy who made me into vampire which made me really adore him)...

     

    And then later in the storyline you find out that none of those people you killed was even the traitor. So... they were all innocent and you killed your friends for nothing. ARGH :wallbash:

     

    So damn depressing. :sad:

    Dwarf Commoner

    When you're conversing with Rica (in Dwarf Commoner origin) and she mentions that "he treats me like a real lady, not someone to just tumble and forget", you can say "Eww, I don't want to think about my sister... doing that." And then if you're a female she says "It's not entirely unpleasant, but hopefully you find that out with someone you truly love.."

     

    So, is that supposed to imply that the Dwarf Commoner PC is a virgin? At least the female, anyway. :whistling:

     

    As for the other origins, I'm just speculating but I'm pretty sure both the City Elf and Dalish Elf PC's (male or female) are definitely virgins cause that's just how all elf society seems to be, sex generally gets saved for marriage. I KNOW that the Dwarf Noble definitely is not, because that's just what dwarven nobility is like, and the Human Noble probably isn't either. Mage (human and elf) may or may not be, I'm not really sure.

    Poking through the toolset, it looks like originally there was an option to just sleep with Teli but for some reason they cut it. It says in the info for Mardy's conversation when you meet her again in the nobles quarter later on, that Teli was the one who was supposed to get pregnant with your kid if you decided to just sleep with her or with both of them, and that it would only be Mardy if you just slept with her alone.

     

    I kind of wish they hadn't changed it, since I kind of like Teli better... :wacko:

     

    It also says they wanted her to be holding a baby shaped bundle, but for some reason they didn't do that either, which is a shame. That would have been cool.

    It seems they're radically changing the appearance of the different darkspawn in DA2? Looks like they're making them look less monstrous and more like the race of the broodmomma they were birthed from. :confused:

     

    Also looks like they have some awfully nice pecs and biceps there...
