If you aren't going to use your mod manager, you have to start the game using fose_loader.exe. Otherwise, FOSE is not active when the game launches.

Broken Textures and Meshes for Outfits
M48A5 replied to SonicFish101's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
What you posted is a load list, there is nothing orderly about it. The main game should be in the "0000" position followed by the DLCs and then the pre-order packs. You need to post an actual load order sorted by LOOT or BOSS. -
Which body replacers and what do you mean by not working. Texture problem? If so, toggle "Archive Invalidation" in your mod manager.

Why, are you having a problem. If so, please describe it.

[HELP] Blank Pip-boy screen and Broken Scopes
M48A5 replied to UBCSKarl's topic in Fallout 3's Mod Troubleshooting
Fi Hey! Thanks for the reply. Just fixed those, and Anchorage was there as the first in line so it did not appear on the picture. I changed their load orders and the error still persists First in line should always be Fallout3.esm. No exceptions, ever. I surprised the game even starts. Then Anchorage, ThePitt, BrokenSteel (why don't you have it), PointLookout and Zeta. Did the game ever start and run with no mods? -
[HELP] Blank Pip-boy screen and Broken Scopes

First, your DLCs are out of order. They should be ThePitt, PointLookout then Zeta. EVE.esm requires Anchorage.esm as noted on the download page. -
You don't state it, but if you have not installed the 4GB patch, the game will only use 2GB of RAM, regardless on how much you have installed. Really, before anyone can offer more than a guess, there is more information needed. Please see the article here: How to ask for help

Since the game is installed in "Program Files" none of the mods that make changes to the .exe will work. This include but are not limited to NVSE (and others) NVTF, NMC and other texture packs, etc. You also have too many files in the data folder. You also need to patch the game so that it uses more than two GB of RAM. This is noted on the NMC description page.

Invisible Power Armour

What files are you running that do not show in the load order? Also, see "How to ask for help" and provide the information noted there How to ask for help - Nexus Mods Wiki -
There is a pinned article at the top of the opening page of "New Vegas Mod Talk". The title is self explanatory: "Post here if you need voice actors for mods, or if you'd offer you". It has been running for almost twelve years. As of today, there are sixty-seven pages.

There is a very simple solution. Just read the mod description pages. If you had done so, you would know that you cannot use New Vegas Stutter Remover (NVSR) with New Vegas Tick Fix (NVTF) as is stated on the NVTF mod page. "C:\> IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE NVSR IF YOU USE THIS MOD, OTHERWISE THEY WILL CLASH."

Extract the file from the downloaded file. Drag and drop the ilsfix.dll to your data\nvse\plugins folder. Questions of this type are best asked on the mod comments page.

FOMM / FOSE don't work anymore
M48A5 replied to JazzIRevan's topic in Fallout 3's Mod Troubleshooting
Awhile ago, Bethesda updated the game to remove the GFWL requirement. When the game was updated by Steam, it broke FOSE. Until the FOSE team catches up, you can use this: Fallout Anniversary Patcher Read the description. -

This is agreeable. Movies on real things have used real slurs because they're relevant; albeit controversial. Depending on the game, you could make variants or implications to avoid triggering players or audience members. Are you trying to locate your content by clicking on your avatar and then find content. Or are you going to the top of the page and using the dropdown menu to acces "My Content"? If you get the same results from both, then that is all of your posts that have been recorded by Nexus in the past year.

Fallout 3 GOTY - Mods don't work/Load
M48A5 replied to Thn444's topic in Fallout 3's Mod Troubleshooting
The problem is that you have the game installed in the "Program Files" directory. Any and all files installed there come under the control of Windows User Access Control (UAC), which prevents any changes to be made to any file in Program Files. You need to re-download the game and have it installed in a location that is not Program Files. I have my game in C:\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout3. Other people have the game installed in C:\Users\"User Name"\My Documents\My Games\. Since you are using a mod manager you do not need the downloaded Archive Invalidation file since all mod managers include it. The downloaded copy should be uninstalled.
