My point is, if it works in Opera and not Firefox it's very likely that a browser add-on or privacy setting is blocking something the page needs to work correctly.

Only certain things can be moved between accounts. Mainly mods and Premium membership. It might be better to request a username change depending on the reason why you want a new account.

You do make some valid points. I'm not saying the blame lies with Mozilla, that is simply the cause of the bug you are seeing. I agree we could've done more testing, but your comparison to Amazon/eBay/other big sites might not really be all that fair. I'm flattered you consider us to be on that level, but remember that Nexus Mods is still a relatively small fish. We're not a huge billion-dollar enterprise with hundreds of developers and a fully staffed QA team. We have a pretty small team and we do rely a lot of on the community to help us track down bugs. We're reviewing our process from design to release to make sure we are more thorough in manual testing for future releases.

This request was one of the items we've highlighted to look into over the coming weeks. There are several higher priority changes ahead of it though so I'm not sure when we'll be able to look at it specifically. Just know we're reading and collecting feedback.

The warning is caused by a bug in Firefox. Basically it doesn't properly handle network requests made as the page is transitioning. I'm not really sure why you're seeing things moving around. What your describing is just not how the system works. I know the above issue with Firefox will prevent some notifications from being marked read intermittently. We are working through the first wave of issues over the coming weeks so hopefully it'll be clear if this is a bug or some kind of weird browser caching.

If you either own the image or your comment is the "parent" you'll get notified of replies. However if your comment is a child reply to someone else's you won't be notified of any follow up messages. This was the same before we changed the system. It's on our list as a potential improvement but it requires some investigation

Sorry you didn't get a reply sooner. Yes, we know about the error you mentioned. It's a bug in Firefox that it doesn't look like Mozilla is planning to fix any time soon (it's been open on their bug tracker for a long time now). All other browsers handle the links/network requests properly.
