As HTR points out, you already have the facility to block others on the forums. You can also stop mods from a particular user from showing for you by blocking them on the website. If you feel a use is breaching out Terms of Service, please do report the comment and our moderators will take a look.

Hey there, Thanks for the feedback. I will say that the images shown on the mod page itself are optimised to be smaller thumbnails However clicking the image will show it in full resolution as the author intended. I do get that if you have a bad connection this isn't ideal. We'll be reviewing the "image gallery" feature as part of an update to the site in future, so I'll be sure to bring it up.

Hey JessDegurechaff, Sorry to hear you're having problem. Your first post was at 4:50pm (most of our staff finish for the day at 5pm) and the two follow ups were at 12am and 3am. I hope the explains why you haven't had a reply yet. Looking at your results it seems like the speeds you are getting match your "Average Download Speed (non-Nexus downloads)" result of roughly 600KB/s. This means we're sending you the file as fast as your connection can receive it. If the downloads keep dropping out I'm sorry to say it sounds like it may simply be a connectivity problem. Possibly down to how your ISP routes traffic between your PC and our download servers. If you have access to a VPN you could see if the downloads are more stable there?

We're as unhappy with the recently unreliability of the site as you guys are, but don't worry this short term pain should allow for some longer term gains in terms of overall website performance.

What device are you typing on? I believe Apple Mac computers (for example) use the "smart apostrophe" which isn't a character supported by the forums at the moment.

As per the announcement any mod pages with this kind of content were to be removed a week following the post. You are welcome to reupload the preset options to the image share or you can look into creating a Cybercat preset for your character. Thanks for understanding.

Does Vortex actually say you are Premium? If so you may need to try changing your preferred download server.

To be more specific, mod content or assets that can be used in mods is generally ok. The thing I'd like to avoid is when people upload a TXT/PDF file as a "mod". Basically when there's no reason for there to be a file download.

You seem to get getting good speeds from our "Worldwide" CDN. You can select this in your preferences under Premium Membership Preferences -> Preferred Download Location: https://www.nexusmods.com/users/myaccount

Actually, I'd prefer that anything that isn't a "mod" doesn't use a mod page. Otherwise it becomes problematic with things like Donation Points. That's not to say we're currently actively removing such pages, but there may come a day when we do that.
