If you're both with the same ISP that implies this issue is at your ISPs end

Your mod ID is created when you add a new mod page to the website. The mod ID exists (and is part of the URL) when you are adding files.

Instructions for reference: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/92-im-having-download-issues-what-can-i-do If you're getting 17MB/s then it doesn't sound like you have an issue with downloads, or if you do it's not related to your connection to our CDN so it might be an issue with your PC or an ISP problem.

The BG3 support is being looked at over the next few days. It may need some changes to support the full release of the game.

This should be fixed in 1.9.x - Vortex now checks every few minutes to see if you've upgraded to Premium.

Thanks for the report, I have raised it internally. As it's a bit of a niche feature, I don't imagine it will be something we'll fix as a priority and it may end up waiting until we move mods to the new site format before it gets looked at.

It doesn't look like you did the server tests, please ensure you do all the required tests. If you're struggling, you can use Vortex to run the tests for you.

Hi xKnightus, sorry for the delay. You connection to all of our servers around the world appears to be quite unreliable. As all of our CDN servers are in different parts of the world and with different providers this points to a problem at your ISP. You can try using a VPN or report a fault with your ISP. You may find if you connect via an alternative internet connection (such as a mobile hotspot) your connection quality will increase. One other thing you can try is to increase the "Download Threads" in Vortex as Spectrum is know to shape your internet traffic with causes problems with downloading from our service.
