As your connection to all of our free servers around the world is not working I'm afraid this points to an ISP issue. You can contact your ISP to report the fault or try using a VPN to see if you can get a stable connection that way.

Can't download any large files, including vortex

Looks like you're getting a CloudFlare error page (in the background). This is usually caused by a problem in your network setup.

You need to go to Settings -> Mods and moving the "Mod Staging Folder" to the same HDD as the game. Clicking "Suggest" next to this field will likely fix it.

We do not provide support for Linux/Steam Deck so there's possibly something wrong there

It's unrelated to Vortex, but if you download history doesn't load there's a very high chance it's caused by your browser addons. I can see you have 9 pages of history when I look. https://help.nexusmods.com/article/113-troubleshooting-website-issues

To completely start over you can delete the "Vortex" folder under "%Appdata%" from there you might want to use the "Suggest" options for both the downloads and staging folder locations.
