I have replicated the issue with the Ukrainian letter A which you posted about, but I'm still a little unclear on how the other error (below) appeared: "Error You do not have the required permissions to perform this action." I can replicate half the letters being removed, but that doesn't present the permission error in my testing.

Looks like you're getting a CloudFlare error page (in the background). This is usually caused by a problem in your network setup.

You need to go to Settings -> Mods and moving the "Mod Staging Folder" to the same HDD as the game. Clicking "Suggest" next to this field will likely fix it.

To completely start over you can delete the "Vortex" folder under "%Appdata%" from there you might want to use the "Suggest" options for both the downloads and staging folder locations.
