  1. I do NOT want them to stop altogether after alduin dies, just get rarer and stronger with each dragon you kill. Maybe have a counter, for example, after you kill alduin the game decides there are 50 dragons left (just an example) the game uses this number to decided the percentage chance of encountering a dragon. That way, when there are 50 dragons left, you have a 50% chance of encountering a dragon, but if you kill ten of them, there will be a 40% chance of encountering dragons, if you kill 45 of them, there will be a 5% chance of encounter dragons, if you kill all 50 of them, there will be 0% chance of encountering dragons, essentially, you have wiped out the dragon menace from skyrim! I also think it would make since for the game to decided the strength of the dragon being spawned based on how low the number is, it would make since that the last 5-10 dragons in skyrim would be extremely powerful.

     

    I would like for this to be compatible with Mighty Dragons, Deadly Dragons and Dragons Diverseafied as well.

    Mighty dragons has a patch for the two of them, that makes all three work perfectly together!

     

    The patch is included in the main download for that mod, you have to have this load order however.

    I have both activated right now. As well as cannibal mods. Since I'm playing a necrotic man eating dryad character that sells drugs to the citizens of skyrim and gets high in her downtime after feasting on the flesh of sentient creatures.

    Sounds about like one of my ex boyfriends. :armscrossed:

     

    :teehee: Silliness aside, both of these mods are great, I actually gave the author of skyhighrim a lot of ideas when I discussed making a similar mod with him (He pretty much turned his mod into exactly what I wanted to make though, so it saved me the hassle), I would like a simple 'smoking' mod though, that equips the smoking joint/cigar from the cannabis mod but doesn't really do anything.

     

    I do have to say, I love growing the cannabis with the cannabis mod more then anything, I just love going out to my little hide away place in the middle of the woods to check on my plants. :laugh:

  4. The Tsaesci would be awesome to see.

     

    Within the current lore of Tamriel, there are two quite different depictions of the Tsaesci. Some evidence seems to indicate that the Tsaesci are humans, much like the Nords and Redguards from their respective continents. Other evidence, however, paints a much stranger picture of the Tsaesci, as vampiric snake-like creatures that feed on humans. To date, there has not been sufficient evidence gathered to conclusively prove or disprove either, or both, of these depictions.

     

    Early depictions of the Tsaesci almost invariably describe them as having the upper body of a man but the lower body of a snake. The most direct evidence of these "snake folk" comes from Mysterious Akavir, which claims that the vampire snakes of Tsaesci ate all of the humans that once lived on Akavir. The reputability of this book is frequently questioned, however, as few of its other claims have been independently verified. A much more reliable source is the series of 2920 books that describe the events that ushered in the Second Era. One of the key elements of this series is the plot by the Tsaesci Potentate, a close advisor to Emperor Reman III, to have the king and his heirs assassinated, and assume the throne in his place. Though the books are written in a narrative, as opposed to a historical style, they are extensive, detailed, and the author is considered to be quite credible. These books explicitly describe the Tsaesci Potentate, and his son, in serpentine terms (as "eels", moving by "slithering", etc.) An obscure text known as And We Ate It To Become It, purporting to be the Tsaesci's version of the creation myth, is strongly steeped in snake-like and reptile-like symbolism and phraseology. This last text was authored by one of the most credible living authors of Tamrielic Lore, Michael Kirkbride.

    I have a few ideas that might could work with that, though the 'having a snake tail for legs' is waaaaaay beyond what I am capable of, since it would require redoing every armor in the game to fit them properly, creating an entire new character body and animation, and not to mention just making it look believable. But, I could do some sort of 'weresnake' were they look like normal humanoids, but on a power activation they turn into a snake like monster. Having natural vampire like abilities as well would work interestingly.

  5. Personally I would like to propose something more unique and challanging: some monstrious humanoid reptilian with wings and flying animations. Im looking for something like that very much.

    Well considering I am already in way over my head with this, and I don't want something like that in the slightest, and there is already a monstrous looking dragon race (Without wings though) I think I'll stick with my current project. :sweat:

     

    If you really want something like that, you can always try to make it yourself! Though, I know of a mod pretty much exactly like that for Oblivion, so I am sure someone will make it eventually.

     

    It's going to take me tons of effort and god knows how much time to just to make a simple new anthromorphic race or two, but I'm doing it because it's what I want in skyrim! I may make a more dragon like argonian, but the thought of trying to make a flying race and flapping wings makes me want to run screaming from it. Just making new meshes is going to be a massive "Dive into the deep end and hope I can swim" type experiment for me.

  6. I had a similar issue to this, with the companions, every time I started the companions quest after they killed the giant, the game CTD instantly or within a few minutes.

     

    Try another save, or a new save, and see if the issue persists, for me, the issue seemed to be in the save game for some reason.

  7. I didn't like T3nd0s full overhaul. I haven't checked on it since, because right after I stopped using it I found the three mods you talk about and the three combined work freaking wonders. Battles are diffcult, and require strategy and carefl placement. You can't just WASD dance and do fine, moving hurts your combat effectiveness. IMO the three are a perfect mix. Plus I have around 100-150 OTHER mods that alter all kinds of little things or large things and T3nd0s seems like it is pretty much the only thing you can have installed.

    I use over 130 mods and SkyRe works perfectly fine for me, and I use every single module! :thumbsup: Though, I did have to pass up a few mods here and there that mess with perk trees, but some of my favorites have patches for it, so all in all, it's a lot more compatible with other mods then people think. I personally think LESS mods should modify the perk trees, I can't tell you how many times I've seen a mod I liked that I didn't download because it randomly modifies a perk tree. :sad: But, I would do that even without SkyRe.

     

    Also, I don't use ace or asis and never have, simply because combining them with SkyRe and my 130 something other mods seems like a serious chore. SkyRe was the very first mod I installed, probably why it works so well for me.

     

    I personally liked the combat in vanilla skyrim though, I felt like being quick footed and quick at the button presses gave me an advantage against my opponents. I always play as very quick agile characters though, I suppose if you are playing as a big tank of a character vanilla combat can be a little weird.

     

    I use a lot of other mods like Mighty Dragons, Deadly Dragons, and Diverse Dragons along with SkyMoMod, which all in all make them game more challenging.

     

    If all of the aspects are used with SkyRe, it just makes the game feel more balanced in my opinion. It does change a lot, but it still very much feels like elder scrolls to me, in fact, it feels more like elder scrolls then vanilla skyrim in my opinion. My goal has been to pretty much change skyrim into elder scrolls 6, the only thing I'm missing is all new quest lines. =P

    I also have a log from the Papyrus Creation Kit but it is so long and I can't figure out any hint of what might be the cause.

     

    Maybe I call it a day and make a clean install of the whole game and mods tomorrow.

    Usually the end of the papryus log has the problems.

     

    Try copying the last 20 lines or so.

  9. i had open cities installed, so that whiterun was in the open worldspace.

     

    I was bugging the mammoths and giants just south of whiterun on a really low level character. I decided to runback to the city so the guards could deal with them.

     

    2 giants and 3 mammoths proceeded to slaughter everyone in whiterun, while I hid on top of a building. :facepalm:

  10. I'd heard of people saying that Cliff Racers were everything from annoying to the devil incarnate, but I didn't know they were -that- bad.

    Let me put it this way.

     

    When I played Morrowind years ago, my mom knew absolutely nothign about it, I didn't tell her anything about it, she never watched me play it, or played it herself. And SHE hated cliffracers. Just because every 2 minutes... "GODDAMN %#$@ CLIFFRACER #@$% YOU, HOLD STILL DAMMIT SO I CAN HIT YOU ONE %$@ TIME! DAMMIT NOW IVE $@$% CONTRACTED BLIGHT, $%#$#% THANKS FOR THAT YOU $#%@$ PIECE OF %$."

  11. Hmm... maybe it is Pinup Poser?

    Could that really be causing it? the time would be right, since I just installed it before noticed this. (And like, 3 other mods though)

     

    I'll make sure to look into it, so far, it seems like the best lead I have, because I assumed since it didn't MODIFY any animations, it couldn't mess with animations. I really dislike the 10-12 rings it adds in my inventory anyways.... I equipped one by accident while fighting a dragon the other day and it killed me.

     

    EDIT: Nope. I removed the pinup poser ESPs, the pinup poser for men ESP, and the Action Poser ESP plus all associated mesh files, and then reran FNIS, and children are still stuck.

     

    This has to be the single most confusing thing I've ever encountered.

     

    EDIT2: Oh, I also had a minor glitch with your birds mod, I'm posting it in the discussion for your mod now. It's minor though, just thought I'd tell you since I was already talking to you.

    Most mods with options like 'player only' ad 'no guards/imperials' usually work in place of the main ESP itself, and can create weirdness when you run it with the main ESP, since the main ESP usually includes them everywhere, and the other ESP limits where they are included. Likely isn't causing the CTD, but still can make your game less wonky. I have no idea what the 'leather backpack' mod is though, so it may not apply to this. I can say the lanterns of skyrim mod should DEFINITELY only have one ESP active, and it is somewhat possible that is causing the crash because the game is spinning in circles trying to make ALL the lanterns in skyrim look 5 different ways at the exact same time. In the end, the one at the bottom wins, but every conflict makes your game bug, and this will create 4 instant needless conflicts every time you load up your game.

  13. I'm having a dragon problem: They spawn around small villages when i'm around, and they keep killing the NPCs, litter the whole area with their bones, and are generally just a huge pain in the ass.

     

    Anyone know what to do about that? I'd love a mod that would either keep dragons away from villages and settlements, or make NPCs invulnerable to dragons, and maybe make their bones disappear when they are looted. Dragons are really killing my fun, and i don't see a "legitimate" way to stop that.

    i does not really work so well if you have a multi-dragon spawning mod, as the mod is set to stop working after you kill a dragon, and if there is still a dragon left after you kill a dragon... Well you can probably see the problem from here.

    That adds just one khajiit child to the game, which is not even using the child body.

     

    I'll look into it, but I don't think this happened when I installed that mod, that mods been installed for a while now, if it is the culprit, then it took me a long ass time to notice children being broken. :whistling:

  15. Body mods can be tricky to install. Simply using NMM won't work like the person above said.

    it's actually quite simple!

     

    You do not need to start a new character for this kind of mod to take into effect, and you do not have to worry about your computer not being able to handle it. If your computer can run skyrim, it can run this mod perfectly fine.

  16. Probably not that helpful, but I think the '00000013' is likely you, as the PC in my game is '00000014'.

     

     

    I've tried searching for a command like 'addfac' but with the reverse effect, but I can't find one. I would think you could use 'help faction' and find the creature faction, and manually remove yourself from it using that console command, but it either doesn't exist for some silly reason, or I can't find it. Maybe just try 'removefac'.

     

    I don't really know anything about TES5EDIT myself though, sorry.

  17. EDIT: I am still having this issue, despite updating FNIS to match my version of skyrim (which was the only conclusion I could come too.) So I am once again, totally lost as to what is causing this. I'll love you forever if you give me some advice to fix it.

     

    I have ruled out the pinup poser mods, as well as the 'khajiit children' mod, I have ruled out pretty much every animation mod in fact, and I have not installed a single mod that directly effects children specifically.

     

    Alright, I've done a number of animation tweaks here lately, and even though none of them were advertised as affecting children in any way whatsoever, somehow the children in my game are stuck in this position.

    Nothing else seems to be affected but children, and since I have not installed a single mod that affects them I am utterly baffled as to what the cause might be.

     

    These are the animation mods I have installed, I uninstalled the two circled recently, and I reinstalled the khajiit cat run. I also manually removed the forward jump from the 'martial arts' mod, since it was totally unrealistic and silly, and pretty much ruined the mod. My character animates pretty much flawlessly, so I don't think any of these changes are the culprit.

     

    Yes, I ran the FNIS tool after making all these changes.
