  1. There is a Way around that; someone who knows Blender well enough (well, i'm out...) will have to modify some of the House meshes. Normally, those Meshes have no Doors. The Door Activator is slapped onto the House later and is sitting in front of a Wall. If one where to "cut" a hole shaped like a Door into the Mesh in the logical Place the fitting "inside" mesh could be merged onto that House-mesh. Then you'll have a House where you could walk right through the hole where the Door is supposed to be into the House itself, which was in its own cell before. You could of course add a door that swings open to that. And maybe even Glass Windows which are transparent ;D This however would be a huge strain for any Computer with less then 2 Gigs of Ram. If you have anything slower then a hypothetical supercomputer from Space even a small town with "open houses" will slow down your game considerably. If someone made all the houses in Skingrad open, the game may not even load the skingrad cell on slower computers.
  2. "Realism" would be if someone who wants to kill me hides somewhere and then shoots a bullet in my Head. I'll die and never know what hit me. That's realistic, but that game would be rather boring. There are some things that annoy me; Since Fallout is very much aware that it's filled with golden age Scifi science i'll forgive most of the rather unrealistic stuff like the the Whitehouse being hit be the tiniest nuclear bomb in the history, or the Robot voices (you think if we can build a fully functional AI, we'd be able to make some vocal cords...), or the Robot AI and so on. I like the Settlement "Paradise Falls", not so much it's occupants though. Paradise Falls is somewhat like i imagine a settlement of Survivors about a few years after the bombs fell. A few makeshift Fortifications around some Buildings. Some People gathered here to find some Food and the first big Group that decided to not bash each other in the Head over the Remaining Ressources in the Buildings and band together instead now lives here. People from the outside would try to take some Stuff by Force, so the Settler Group fortifies the Place. Later, People would make better Fortifications though, they'd go to the Ruins of Washington and dismantle Buildings to get Parts, like I-Beams. This Process is known from the Middle Ages, when some big Building was abandoned, People from nearby Villages came by to get the Stones. This was rather long and exhausting, but still better then to get Stones from a Quarry where you'd have to break solid Rock. After a While, Settlers would make Alterations to Buildings in a Way that doesn't look like Crap. Plaster seems to be unknown in the Fallout world. Welding is a forgotten Art, except for the Bridge to rivet City. 200 Years after the great War we'd have a working Economy in a Nation State that existed for a 100 Years. Survivors of the Great War may not have much use for the Skills they learned in their Professions, but they going to need them eventually. After i fulfill my most basic Needs, i'll tackle the other ones. People will form communities quite quickly and then they'll want to make their lives easier. They'd grow their own Food and have People gather and repair some Machines to make that easier. I'd say withing like ten years after the great War we'll have working Communities which can cover all the basic Needs and the larger ones will even have Radiostations.
  3. Once upon a time i cleaned up a bit and found three Bottlecaps in a Drawer. Maybe someone stashed them there... I actually built my own Waterpurifier with a pump and a coal filter. These things are actually for sale just about everywhere; the carbon will bind itself onto just about anything, filtering it out of the Water. I don't know what the Fuss is all about in the Main quest. Every Chemist can list you several Elements that will react with any radioactive Element or Compound in the World. Then you could choose if you'd make this and that radioactive Stuff in the Water react with this and that, changing its properties, preferably in a way that makes it easy enough to get it out of the Water. If you don't have a Chemist with you, just boil the Water, catch the Steam and let that condense. Everything that is not H²O will be at the Bottom of the vessel you used to boil the Water. Easy, but it requires a huge amount of Energy. When i was cleaning up the other day, i found quite a bit of Scrap metal and for a Moment i was thinking if i'd take that to megaton for Caps or if i'd rather have some Radaway for that...
  4. I think Bethesda tried to have some moral Dilemma in there but that just falls flat on its behind because one the Sides which are supposed to have questionable Motives are basically pure evil. If Midea decided to have the outside help do some Diversion and then have her fellow Slaves entrench in one of the numerous easy-to-defend Buildings she could have smoked Ashur out; Either he attacks that building and loses many of his People and most of the Slaves or he gives them better working Conditions. Midea could have organized a big Escape; Have the Player gather some Weapons, make a Distraction and then the Slaves kill the Guards and just walk out of the Pitt. That would have been a better moral Dilemma; Help Ashur to create his Dreamtown, for which he needs Workers to build that. Or help Midea to flee that hole and move on to, literally, greener Pastures. But for some Reason she wants to stay in that Hellhole and develop a Cure for the Pitt Disease. "You are so extremely stupid that you are a Danger to any living Thing. I'll shoot you in the Head now." That should have been among the Things you can tell her.
  5. Midea, the poor woman who has to work as a Slave needs some Help to win back her Freedom. To this End, she endangers the Life of pretty much anyone who works with her with suicide Missions. She hasn't thought about any Plan for anything, she just has Wernher risk his life by breaking out of the Pitt just so he could lure some poor Sucker in there to be toyed with. Being the super righteous good Guy, i try to help those poor Slaves in there. Midea and Wernher, those Pricks, can't be bothered to think of an Insertion somewhere. No, i have to follow the most idiotic Route ever. They expect me to turn myself in as a Slave to even get to Midea so that she can tell me i'll have to go work in the most dangerous Part of the City to be attacked by trog and get a huge dose of Radiation. The Slaves they buy from Paradise Falls are better off. Oh well, Midea finally explains her super great "Plan". I have to fight in the Arena. So, she honestly has Werner to lure some poor *censored* in there so that he'd have to do the most dangerous Work there is, because there aren't many Slaves around there who already did exactly that. Well, not exactly, they had the Chance of not having to gather Ingots on their first day. So i have to fight in the Arena, which is even more dangerous with even more Radiation. And only then i discover that they weren't being honest with me, after i risked my Neck for them out of the pure goodness of my Heart. The "Cure" is actually a Baby, which they except me to kidnap from the most closely guarded Place in the Pitt. Judging from the Stuff werner has lying around, they want to cut the Baby into little Pieces. Not very Surprising to me to be honest. My Advice to Ashur would be to create a better Environment for the Workers (or else i'd have to get a little Help from the Brotherhood in Cleaning up the Place) and to get rid of midea. I'm not sure if Mideas "Plan" is designed to grind People up who fall for her plea for Help or if she's just stupid that Way. She tells me that it is surprising how quickly People forget where "they came from". I came from the Capital Wastelands, a place where People will shoot you in the Face and i still consider them to be friendlier and at least more honest then this Midea And then i got Karma Loss for killing her. I do not understand why.
  6. If the Admins gave interviews to everyone with a schoolproject, they wouldn't have time to administrate anything ;D So i hope i can help you with my absolutely invaluable expert Opinion ;D I played Oblivion since it came out, so i do have some knowledge about the Development of Mods over time. about Question 1.: For Oblivion: Astounding, for Fallout 3 it's "awesome". While the Mods still are very good, i thought more Oblivion modders would flock to Fallout 3 since the GECK is pretty much the same thing as the Elderscrolls construction Kit. I thought Modders which create some of the ridicolously huge Mods with more Quests then the main Questline would work on Fallout mods since there are more possibilitiesin the Geck. I thought wrong. The Reason for this may be the GECK and it's similarity to the Construction Kit; It's very confusing to sift through the hundreds of Tiles for Buildings you have in Fallout 3. In Oblivion, it was quite easy to build something because for every straight Wall, you have like 4 different tiles. All of them can be found in an seemingly endless list, but you'll get around and at some Point, the cryptic Names of the Tiles wont bother you anymore. Now in Fallout 3, you have more tiles. Way more tiles with cryptic Names which look almost alike. To build something like a Vault, you'll need like three times longer then with a Dungeon in Oblivion. That is why you may have recognized the Vault 112 main Chamber in many Mods with a large Room. In Oblivion, I have to think about "Lost Spires". The only thing not feeling professional here is the Techno music and the cheesy Voice Acting for the Bosses. Other then that this thing, made by Modders, surpasses the Work of professional Game Designers. Question 2.: Not even the Modders themselves can answer that for certain. I find it relaxing; you can do something useful with absolutely no deadline, unless you set one up. I can sit around and wait until "Inspiration" hits me and i think of something to get around this and that Flaw in the GECK or Construction Kit or maybe my own ineptitude as a Modder. I have all the time in the World to have my Mind conjure up something nobody has ever thought about, which has to be easy enough so that even i can do it. I do have a talent for that, but it's getting very difficult in Oblivion with the thousands of Mods already there :D Another Reason for modding is, sadly enough, Attention whoring. Some Modders invest waaaayyyy too much time and Efforts into their Hobby and then think they're going to be rewarded in some way. Maybe some People think that this and that rather big mod is wonderful. The Comments of those will be pretty much the only reward you'll get. If that is enough for you, fine, but no one should mod for that Reason. You'll get a lot of Trolling along with any positive Comments. The Nexus forums are very sensitive about that, too sensitive in my Opinion. If you make anything available to any Audience over the medium Internet, there will be Trolls. I have this Theory about Trolls being People who vent their Aggression at People they don't know or care about over the Internet, which is actually a good thing as you can dismiss such trolling as someone who needs to vent. I wish the Guy before me in that Traffic Jam would have trolled someone before he got there, so he would be a bit calmer and therefore less annoying. Around here, trolling is so extremly hated that even some contructive Criticism is banned because it's written a bit too bluntly. This may be a Reason why so many modders release their Stuff here, because they are so well protectet. I think the Nexus Staff has had its fair Share of crying Emokids who where a bit whiny because the Nexus Staff refused to do ridiculous things for this and that mod which is the greatest thing since sliced Bread, at least in the eyes of the modder. Those People need to learn that most Downloaders do not know exactly how much work this is and most of them do not care one bit. Question 3.: Well, this one sure is shitty. I already answered it in question 1. "Astounding" or "Awesome" would cover it. Here's a positive thing about attention whoring: I get to play even more Content. Frankly, i do not care about the modders; how could i, i do not even know these People. But i do enjoy the Content they create and since it's here for free i play it. I consider myself being helpful when i drop a line of constructive Criticism, extra careful of course so i wont hurt anyone's sensitive Artist Soul :P I'll download a mod because i think it may be fun. I'll drop a line with my Compliments, but any Suggestions that i'll make are pretty much all the useful reward you'll get from me. Considering that most downloaders don't even go this far i'll find it pretty astounding that some People would go to the lengths they'll go to create Mods.
  7. Your english is not as fluent as you probably want it to be. Let's see if i got that right; you want someone to create some Rooms and some NPCs. As far as i know, there already are plenty of Mods with plenty of Rooms with plenty NPCs :D You'll need to be a bit more specific. What kind of Rooms do you want with what kind of NPCs, what should they do (or not do) should they offer special Services, like maybe a Trader with 1000000 Caps or something (i'm quite sure something like that already exists somewhere).
  8. This so called FPS/RPG hardly has any RPG Elements. So if someone buys Bioshock in Hopes of getting some RPG Elements he will be dissapointed. Bioshock is a Shooter, a really good one at that. It's one of the best Games that Year. But if you want RPG Elements, Bioshock is not your Game. That's like wanting to buy a Dog and then getting a Cat. While i'm at it, i'd like to point out some Flaws of Oblivion that can't be fixed by Mods. The Characters are stiff. They are made of wood. If your focus exclusively lies on lively and realistic Character interaction, Oblivion is not your Game. Fallout 3 did that a little better but is still lacking. If you focus on gritty realism, Fallout3 may have been on this side of "bearable". Oblivion however, is not. Cyrodiil is not one of the Areas that looks like you are watching them through a used coffeefilter. If you like those modern day brownish/grey-athons, you will despise oblivion to no end. I made a little modification with which you can alter the Weather by magic, so you can always play under a clear blue sky. A Friend of mine who actually likes brown graphics nearly puked ;D
  9. I have a Gun. Nothing unusual on Pandora, everyone either carries a Gun or is invulnerable. When i find Guns they often have some Modifiers attached to them which seem rather unlogical. Why would anyone decrease the Clipsize of a Weapon? I figured that the Computer has a base item and then adds some random Modifiers. I got a "glorious Massacre" Machine Gun which has high accuracy and a scope. It's low Firerate actually works to its advantage, since the Weapon is more stable. It's easy to aim this Gun at the Enemies head and score many Critical Hits, thus making more damage then every other Combat Rifle i have found. I carry this Thing around since level 22. Now i'm 50 and it's about time that i found a better Weapon. I really wanna have a combat Rifle with high accuracy and a Scope. Is that how the Lootsytem Works? The Game "Builds" the Weapons from a base and random addons? In any Case: I'm interested in a Program that lets me make Weapons. I don't want to make superuber cheat weapons, i'd build me Weapons which could actually drop, maybe a sniperrifle with very high stability so i wont have to annoy all my Teammates when i ask them to drop all the sniperrifles they looted to test them ("Stability" is not shown in the weapons card, you have to test that). Or a Rocket Launcher which wont shoot 5 Rockets in any Direction but the one i am aiming at. So, i'm searching for a Program that lets me create Weapons, which i'll use to make Weapons that could actually drop.
  10. When the Atlas Lady warned me the second time, i wished for a Option to do as she says. I already had more Money then the Game could count and quite a few very nice Weapons. But well, i got to the Vault and then i thought the Game was glitched. I went back to the "Vault" zone to search the Place, but Mr. Meatball really was the only content of the Vault that i could "access".
  11. Hey, that "Brick" guy looks like me, only with shorter Hair. Also i'm not that scrawny. I just finished level 50 with my Brick, my Soldier is level 24.
  12. I think "GNR - more where that came from" allows the addition of Songs. Be advised though, adding linking Park will hurl you out of the Fallout Experience like you're on a Trebuchet.
  13. About the connection, i'll figure that out eventually, or i just copy one of the existing Vault Doors, or just the entire entrance. The door will have all the necessary connections right ;D What i do need is a way to retex the Door itself, i mean the Gear door. I want to have that awesome "Vault opening effect" otherwise i could just retex a sliding door which is, compared to the gear door, really easy... Someone please either take on the daunting task to get the required Knowledge into my feeble Brain or make me a Vault door with the Texture i'll provide via PM.
  14. I just can not figure out how to make a vault Door. That could be a Problem if i wanted to make a Vault. First, how is it opened? How do i connect the "opening" Terminal to the Door? Well, i could just copy one of the other Vault Doors. I do want to have my own Picture, instead of a Number on the Vault Door. When i open up the "edit Base" Dialogue in the GECK, and then click on "edit texture" i'll get many many maaaaany things i could retexturize, none of which is the texture of the actual Vault door. I can retexture literally every single Spark that comes out when you open the Door, but not the Vault Door itself... Someone please make me a Vault door ;/
  15. Thanks a million. :thanks: I''ve got a weak-ass dark elf archer/mage type that needs all the help the law allows! So if I throw a 25% weakness to poison spell, then hit them with a couple of "poisoned" arrows the damage should be more than just the strenght of the potions. I know the game allows many ways to play and I'm always on the lookout for the tricks that others have found that work. Let's make this more devastating; the "Withering Bolt" is an example of "Poison" Magic. Enchant a bow with 100% weakness to Fire if you'll use the enchanted Arrows i'll mention later, 100% weakness to magic (1 second), 100% weakness to Poison (1 second) and the rest of the Grand Soulgem goes to "Damage Health". Then Poison the Bow with a selfmade Potion. Use enchanted daedric Arrows (like Arrows of Inferno) and you will inflict devastating damage. Note: You should always have a "1 second Paralyze" Enchantment in there. The enemy will fall to the Ground and it will take like two Seconds until he's up again. That may be viewed as a cheat, i just wanted to mention it =)
  16. The Roomie may want you too take an interest in his Interrest and so he'll tell you about it. Occassionally, he'd find something that he thinks is useful to you and occassionally, he's right. So he may teach you a trick or two once in a while. Give the Player a random skillpoint for when the roomie teaches him a new trick in some random Skill. Maybe he learns them from analyzing Books more thouroughly then the Player ever had and so the roomie will get the Ability to give you "new tricks" when you have Lore books in your House. Since the Roomie has lots and Lots of time on his Hands, he could do stuff around the House, fix the Crack, get some Plaster on the Crack in that wall ( replace normal texture with "uncracked" one)... Maybe he could do the Laundry. All the washed items have 10% less weight (the dirt is no longer on them ;D).
  17. I figure that the "Great War" is supposed to be something like the Nuclear War the Cold War thankfully didn't turn into. Otherwise i'd have to crop my Hair and raid some People, but whatever. In a War like that, the global Superpowers fire Nukes at every target of strategic Value, while the enemy does the same. All those Nukes will lace our Atmosphere with all the radioactive goodness. The Nukes would fling so much dirt into the Air that the whole World would suffer a "nuclear Winter" with all the dust blocking the Sunlight. Most Scientists believed that a Nuclear Winter, resulting from a Nuclear Engagement of both Superpowers hitting each other with everything they got, would go on for Years. If any Vegetation survives that, all the irradiated Dust will come down as Fallout eventually. In the Timeline the Situation around the Globe was pretty tense as it was anyways. Mineral Oil was scarces, which means no Petroleum. Also, no Plastic. Many People don't know that; Medicine will be hard to get by. Most Polymeric Molecules used in modern Day Medications are based on Mineral Oil. If you get sick, you pretty much eat some Oil. If there's no Oil, you're fu... sexually penetrated. That will be enough to topple all but the most stable Governments on Earth. Rioting in the Streets, Looting, that kind of thing. And then there comes the News that China and the USA nuked each other. We Germans know what comes next, as we lived for four decades knowing that we would be the first being vaporized when fecal matter hits the Fan. Nuclear Winter, Vegetation dies, Fallout rains, Animals die, Groundwater gets irradiated and all that good Stuff. I doubt that any Government could handle the following Panic.
  18. I brought Rothchild more then 100 of each Cameras and Sensor Modules. Prime still looks like crap. This is one of those endless Quests where you bring NPC xyz some random Item that he needs for whatever and get some Reward. Fingers, Ears, Blood Samples, Scrap Metal, Pre War Books and so on...
  19. Tenpenny tower could have looked a bit better. Those are supposedly rich snobs. And they live in Rooms where the plastering is full of holes? "Underworld" looks better... Rivet City looks like a dump. They have some Rooms where green vapor comes from the floor. That can't be healthy... The best Places to live in would be the Vaults. I always wondered why no one ever tried to live in those Vaults; some of them have Problems which are rather easy to fix. After some "refurbishing" a vault would be perfectly fine and in every way better then anything on the outside... This may be a good Idea for a Quest mod: A Group of Settlers found a Vault a long time ago, got rid of whatever infested the Vault and shut off any devious Experiments Vault-Tec had running. They made the Vault a livable Place and closed the door, for the outside world had nothing better to offer. This Group lived in the Vault for some Generations until they completely forgot how they got there in the first Place and thought there where "legitimate" Vault Dwellers.
  20. In Rivet City or with the Brotherhood, i'd make a good living as a historian. My Knowledge of this time period is so detailed, it's as if i have lived in it ;D Also, i know that the declaration of independence was not delivered with a Plane... Why are there no Planes? I'll build some. But first, i'd build some Carts. Like Carriages, to be pulled around by Brahmins, tripling their load. Well, i'd invent any great things...
  21. What is this supposed to be? A new TES game? Or "just" a big mod? If it is the latter, it needs a story first. I think it should start out as a big Mod and maybe it will increase in Volume, with more and more People adding their Stuff so that it eventually Surpasses Oblivion. If a Modification is to be a "Skeleton" for other things to be build on top of it, it will need a "canon", so that People will get some Idea what can and what can not be done. I'd be pretty pissed if i work on something only to find out that it wont fit. Before anyone starts modelling anything, discuss what you People want from this big mod or game. Because as of right now i don't even know wether to call it "mod" or "Game"... As a Basis, you'll obviously use Oblivion. Well, what did you like about it? Which parts could have been better? Make it so. ;D How can i contribute without being an actual Part of the "team"? People will be willing to do some Legwork which will take Loads off the workload of the teammembers, but they don't want to take Responsibility. I am one of those People. I'll make up some Sidequests, build a town or something but i don't want anyone to "pressure" me. I like modding because this is some kind of work with no pressure at all. I can take as much time as i want to. If that changes because someone wants me to have this and that town ready by then, i'd rather clean up my house or something. I want to be able to make some contribution and give it to you guys so you can cramp it in your "supermod" somewhere. Right in the middle of the Process, i'd mail you my little town, you say "thank you" and integrate that town somewhere. Maybe you use it for something, maybe it will be like "Blankenmarch". Who knows.
  22. If you didn't convince President Eden Bot to destroy himself and the Base along with it.
  23. You're right of course, the Name of the Bomb over Nagasaki was "Little Boy". My Bad... About the Weapons and the Music; of course Weapons are somewhat more useful when trying to mount a defense of a Nation. But that's just it, it's a Nation. With many People in it who have nothing to do with any effort towards any War. Even Germany, right in the middle of Görings proclaimed "'total' War" had a functioning music and Film industry. It was being abused for the Propaganda of course, but it did produce many Pieces that had nothing to do with the War, with any of it's politics or indeed any politics at all. Point being, even when a nation is in a firm grip of Propaganda, there will be People who will produce stuff that has nothing to do with it. Although you could argue that something as omnipresent as War will influence everything in one way or another. Zarah Leander sang "Ich weiss es wird einmal ein Wunder geschehen (i know a Miracle will happen)" in the later Years of the second World War 2; It's said that at least part of it's success came due to the Fact that it gave the Germans Hope which they had lost due to the, well, War. Still, there oughta be some cultural Development in this Century... I think the 30's music might be in here because some of the 50's music is not public domain yet. If they'd had some stuff from that period in there People would ask why there is no "Mr. Sandman" or something. So please disregard my comment about the earlier Divergence. At least to some degree ;D About the Robots: I didn't think of that; the Robots float in the Air with a magical Forcefield like the ones that can be found in every Scifi since the dawn of time; the "Rocket Engine" is merely "eyecandy". I really liked the Idea of "no magical Forcefields that let things float around to be very science fictioni" but the rocket engine as a replacement threw me off a bit. Raiders may be unorganized and independent of each other but there are more Raiders then "non Raiders" in the Wasteland. In other words, there are more "Robbers" then People who could be robbed.
  24. I knew all that, guess i play too much Oblivion ;/ The Bartender in the "Inn of the Ill Omen" will buy stolen Goods, even if you're not in the Thieves Guild. So will shady Sam outside the Walls of the imperial city. Sam is more useful though =)
  25. the Megaton thingy looks like the "Fatman" that went down on hiroshima. That would mean it "only" has 10 kilotons yield, which would be an even sh ittier Name for the town. Springvale should have been damaged a bit further though. Also, in a Game called "Fallout", why is there no Fallout? Maybe because it never ever rains in the capital Wasteland. The Bomb that hit the White House is something unique. That yield must have been smaller then any nuclear device would need to be able to pull off the actual nuclear chainreaction. That may explain where the Atombombs come from; you see, when father Atombomb loves a mother Atombomb really much, they make a wish and then they'll get a baby atombomb... Mr.Gutsy and Mr.Handy Robots have, for some Reason, the most complicated artificial Balancing System ever created. Whatever. It looks like they burn fossil Fuel in a Rocket Engine just to keep them afloat; how is it that they don't burn everything below them to dust? A Rocketengine strong enough to keep about 200 Pounds afloat (the absolute minimum weight i presume for a robot of that Size) would create a flame with about 3000° Celsius. Well, this Engine apparently runs on magic, since the fuel never runs out and the Flame wont burn anything. Cultural Development has ground to a screeching halt for some Reason. The Divergence to the real World doesn't begin after the WW2 as stated in the Wiki, it begins sometime into the late thirties. Anyhow, what happened in the Music sector? Nothing, apparently... That Hippie Guy in Rivet City is on the forefront of cultural Evolution, because the Fallout world never came that far. There was no Hippie Movement, no Punk, no ending to the Cold War. Sure, its nice to have some viable Explanation for the Style of the Game in there and i really love said style. Also, you can stuff some Public domain Music in there and give the Players some musical Choice, which may be, given the Style of the Game, even be immersive. But i think the nuclear war should have been in Cold War times, so that the Development in just about everything but Technology directly related to the Game didn't have to stop for no Reason for over a century. No i know three Dog plays this Songs because he can't find anything else in the Radio Station. Well, what Radiostation in todays World would have that Stuff and only that stuff lying around? How about that in 60 Years? In a nuclear War Scenario in Cold War times, you can not have Laser Weapons. Or can you? Well, we do play in a world with Computers with cathode ray tube Monitors, monochrome no less. A world with no Transistor. And no Microprocessor. But with artificial Intelligence. You can't call laser Weapons in the fifties unrealistic and then have just about any Development in anythig grind to a halt for a century. The overabundance of Raiders also bugged me. Why so many? The Pitt must have looked really bad if Elder Lyons decided to smoke the Place but leave the capital Wasteland be... The Regulators should be really broke in anyone else decided that killing Raiders is a good way to make money. Seriously though, why are there so many Raiders out there? They are big enough in Numbers to overrun the Citadel and make a cozy living.
