  1. College of Winterhold has many bugs as per the WIKI...I got stuck when all hell broke loose at windhelm and my quest broke right when I entered Winterhold almost at the last quest...you could try forcing stages to complete with console but I tried that with my quest and it did no good. GL
  2. Crashing after 5-10 min of gameplay could be that your system is eventually running out of memory then crashing. I read above but didn't see this. have you ran LOOT and sorted? Looks like you have because DSR and batched.esp is down below. have you installed enb boost? to get past the ram limitations? And last resort try unchecking plugins and running the game to see which one is causing the CTD's You should also download "skyrim Performance Monitor" run that launch skyrim and check all performances GPU, RAM, CPU and see if your game is reaching it's maximum 100%
  3. Try the easiest thing first see if it helps. Lower your shadows to see if the stuttering stops that's the problem I was having I had it on Ultra once I went to high the stuttering while turning stopped.
  4. I for one am happy that we have 2 mod organizers that we can choose from when installing mods.....I tried Mod organizer didn't like it either to complicated. I have not have NMM fail me at all since it's inception and that is with multiple games. I click on a mod, it downloads it, I install it the end.
  5. Doing a quick search on that Video Card brought back some results such as "not a very good video gaming card" And also if you only have 4 GB system ram that is not enough to run both your OS and Skyrim that will kill your performance. Download "skyrim performance monitor" run that and see how many resources are being used up my guess your topping off on everything your hinderance is your laptop.
  6. Can confirm that easy fix did it thanks
  7. Found the fix....go here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3140245/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-a-default-secure-protocols-in Make sure you have the TSL 1.2 protocol downloaded and installed in microsoft windows....after that go all the way down and look for the "easyfix" link and install that also to let windows open up the proper pathway to Loot.
  8. I tried the fix and didn't work I've been having issues for a week for the masterlist not updating error so are many others it's on the forums.
  9. Using Skyrim Peformance Monitor with 300 mods and 255 plugins I am using 3,700 Vram 700 ram and 60 fps When I first started modding Skyrim I was reading about the limit. It said that the 3.1 limit was computer ram not gpu Vram isn't this right? I've even hit 4gb vram usage with no issues. I have enb boost installed also.
  10. I'm having this problem also....I can't even download the masterlist to sort. For this reason I usually solely rely on myself to sort out my load order and batch stuff. These programs are great when they work but so far LOOT has been a disappointment.
  11. Piggybacking here didn't see those links up there thanks also...I started converting hair colors recently and it's a lot of work.
  12. It's 2018 shouldn't webpages be getting easier to navigate than harder?
  13. Hate these programs I'm just doing it so that I can sort out my plugins I don't get CTD I just want to clean edits......I updated LOOT and this is what I get......NO MASTERLIST present and it won't udpate.....I dont' have AV, windows firewall is open for LOOT and the TCL file has been downloaded and installed....
  14. I agree not being selfish but we need more...to be fair I am spending this weekend watching some videos see if I can make some.
  15. Another thing you can do that's super easy is reducing your shadows in game settings when you launch steam. Keep lowering them till your stutter stops.
  16. Are you launching FNIS from the tools folder? And, like the above poster just said might be your install. Uninstall and reinstall.
  17. No problem I've been building them for a while so I know how it is. If you are going to buy a new Video card....tread lightly the cryptocurrency is killing the video card prices...google it and you will find out. lots of price gouging try to huntdown some video cards straight from the manufactuer or you will pay hundreds above msrp.
  18. TRy lowering your shadows in the steam launcher to "high" check if it's on Ultra I have a high end rig and would stutter and had low FPS until i switched this option. Also set Ugrids to Load to 5
  19. I advice you to go check out Gopher's youtube videos on Project enb and how to get it running...very detailed and you should be alright. Don't give up on Project enb....realistic version is unreal.
  20. Looking at that list... then looking at your 1 GB video card I can tell you it will probably crash your PC. I have about that many mods maybe more and most of those visual graphics he suggests plus enb and when I run skyrim performance monitor I am using average 3gb of vram while out and about. I would try to upgrade the Video card to 4gb+ and get an SSD it helps the transfer. I don't know much about AMD graphics card but If you are going to stick with amd I would get a comparable card to the Nvidia GTX 980 I have a core I7 5770K 16gb ram, a nvidia gtx 1080 with a 500gb SSD looking at my data folder it's 65gb large so I have over 300 mods installed not all have plugins. Usually run around 60fps it's capped and I run Project ENB..... Looking at your system it will need some upgrades if you want to run all those mods on that list. tho your CPU is fine. upgrade your video card,,,,anywhere from 400-700 Upgrade to SSD Samsung 500gb SSD runs around 170 get a bit more ram ,,,,cheap Just personal preference here but if you are going to run an Intel I suggest a Nvidia product I've built both systems tho dropped ati/amd long ago ati/amd intel/nvidia you should be fine ...don't know the costs sorry.
  21. can't you just wait 31 days and have the cells reload?
  22. So I just updated my Nexus mod manager in teh AM bad idea since I have to leave for work in a bit after updating I was prompted by so many options I didn't know what to do. when it said that if i should let NMM uninstall all my mods and then let me install the ones i want I clicked on the "NO" option then it started to uninstall mods and I cancelled. It started to uninstall skyrim flora overhaul and sevenbase bodytype it managted to uninstall skyrim flora overhaul then sevenbase and then I cancelled. I looked at all my mods and they have a red circle with a slash across it but it seems like they are all installed. What gives? Did skyrim flora overhaul install or not when I double click on the mods to uninstall install it just pops up with a quick window doesn't even tell me anything. I am so ready to migrate to MO but I want to do a clean game install..help.
  23. You have a large mod list...watch this video by gopher. when I first started modding skyrim I was having lots of ctds once I reached 200 mods. Implementing the changes that gopher recommends here fixed EVERYTHING. watch the whole video it will explain why your system botttleknecks then crashes.
