  1. Rename the file Pipboy_InvPage.swf Call it Pipboy_InvPage.old. Windows will whine about changing the file extension, but, that's ok. See if your problem goes away.
  2. I just keep hoping they'll depopulate some settlements, because it is easy to keep a settlement with only 2 to 4 people in it happy. Once you get above that point they start wanting things, like real bedrooms. Hell, I had to build TWO donut shops at County Crossing just to give the idiots something to do (my CC is nothing but the world's biggest Slocum's Joe, and enough mutfruit plants to make jelly filling.) I have a tendency to do some of the MM quests.... Get the settlement up and running, put up the beacon to complete the quest, then immediately scrap it. Wait for the two settlers to show up, and then move them to some other settlement. Generally, I have Sanctuary set up to receive them. Just keeping two or three settlements happy, is MUCH easier than keeping them ALL happy. :D I just started doing that. Had two settlers show up at Jamaica when I'd purposely not built damn thing. I sent them to Sanctuary and then set the one bed on fire so they wouldn't come back  I tend to use "unused" settlements for resources for building elsewhere. I use scrap everything, and with the right perks, can still fast travel when over-encumbered. :D So, collect a bunch of stuff from one place, travel to where I need it, dump it in the workshop, and I am all set. :)

  4. I actually have a copy of Modern Sidearms, 8-23-2016.....
  5. Do you have an "interface" folder in your data folder?
  6. The one that gets me, is how the Concord survivors always talk about getting things done, and immediately, the Handyman, Sturges starts telling you what to do. Then once you're done doing everything that Sturges said HE was going to do, then Preston starts telling you what to do and starts sending YOU out on missions, even though he's calling YOU "General", while he sits there, staring aimlessly out a window while whistling a tuneless melody, claiming "I've got my hands full here" Dude, you are literally sitting there, whistling AND DOING NOTHING, don't tell me your hands are full. Well, in the Fallout Universe, the human race is going to go extinct, because no one can do anything for themselves. They all need the SS to do it for them. So, ONE guy is responsible for the entire population of the commonwealth. Even if you set up defenses in a settlement, arm/armor all the settlers, set up guard posts, etc, they can STILL lose a fight, because YOU aren't there...... There is no hope. :)
  7. Wonder if just making a 'dummy' esp file would do the trick.
  8. More concerned with mods that change the inventory interface. Sorting mods, tagging mods, things of that nature.
  9. I find that sometimes, there will be an enemy spawn that simply does not take damage. At All. I can empty the magazine of my rifle into them, and their health bar doesn't move...... Still haven't figgered out WHY that happens.
  10. Possibly a driver issue?? Is this a recent development? Or something it has always done?
  11. What are you talking about? He's talking about the quest, in a vault, where if you're not careful and get bit by a molerat you get molerat disease that you can't cure. I've played the quest several times and avoided getting bit, but then I don't go running around with guns blazing either I take a slow stealthy approach I know the "Hole In The Wall" quest. I am just confused about all this talk of "Bathysphere" Wonder if that isn't auto-corrects' take on Bethesda. :D
  12. Pressing Esc doesn't stop the game at all.. it just opens a menu. Menus are handled by interface files. The menu you see is similar to the Terminal or Pip-Boy menu. Hitting escape *should* pause the game, reducing the load on various hardware.......
  13. Didn't modern sidearms get rolled into modern firearms??
  14. So maybe it is a mod having to do with inventory?? What do you got that affects those?
  15. Price Gouging. :D Because they can..... We don't (yet) have the technology to do terra forming. :D Probably just as well. Look how badly we have treated this planet......
  16. Try removing pip girl, and photo mode. See what happens.
  17. You should post on the forum from the place you go it from. Much more likely to get help there.
  18. The console stuff certainly shouldn't be it. HUDFramework? Maybe... but, I run it, and have no issues. I also run MCM, but, none of the other stuff. Might try reinstalling HUDFramework.... and see if anything changes?
  19. I tend to level up in the midst of combat...... so, forcing an animation on me at that point, would likely get me killed......
