nvse_extender_ng is another plugin for NVSE?? Do you have any mods that require that plugin? If not, simply delete it. (should be in Data\NVSE\Plugins, or some such.)

Yeah, with the recent policy change, mod authors are not particularly happy. And all this in an effort to support mod packs...... (Nexus calls them 'collections'..... a mod pack by any other name....) So, the uncertainty factor for folks that pick and choose which mods they want to download isn't a model of reliability at this point..... That said, I think those authors moved their mods to another distribution platform. (bethnet? AFK mods? Moddb?) If you can find a reliable source for them, just put links to them in your mod description page. I wish you the best of luck, no matter what you decide to do.

I tend to load patches after the last mod in the load order that they are patches for. :)

I assume this is for New Vegas?? Are you installing ALL of the required files for NVSE? Latest version of the game?

People are beginning to figure out that Trump is, at this point, just a bag of hot air. However, there is still money to be made from it, so, some are sticking with him. I am hoping that he fades from relevance as we approach mid-term elections. He really isn't doing the republican party and good at this point. i would be happy if this is true but the truth is what happens in ohio. i'm losing more and more my trust in the true american republican society. republicans destroy their party to hide behind trump. if anyone still believe trumps election fraud claim it is an oath of disclosure. and there are simply too many americans who still believe that trump fairy tail even if they could know better in the meantime. this kind of blind personality cult reminds me of germanies darkest hours in 1933. isn't the sign of the 6th of january sufficient ? what do americans need to open their eyes regarding trump ? colouwheels explanation says it all. have a nice sunday. There are still folks that believe the world is flat, aliens abduct people, and various other far-fetched notions. Granted, mid-terms are coming up pretty quick..... but, we still have a few more years before the presidential elections come by again. If Trump runs again, on the republican ticket....... That's gonna be a problem. So far as I know, a Third-Party candidate has NEVER won the election...... so, voting for one is pretty much a waste. And yeah, I suspect that if he does run, a fair few republicans will vote for him..... even knowing his past history.... But again, they aren't voting for the man, they are voting for his policies. Unfortunately, we can't separate the man, from the policies. If Trump is who the republican party decides to run...... well.... we'll see what happens with that.

Ok, going back thru my load order, apparently, the brighter lights mod didn't make it into the rotation this time. That would explain why I think the lights are still too dim. :D I think I was getting confused with my No Settlement Lights mod I use, that runs off ALL the lights in settlements. (because you can scrap the light SOURCE, but, you can't scrap the light it emits.....) Or something like that. There are some 'brighter lights' mods out there, but, they are just in settlements, or specific types of lights. (construction lights, for instance.)

There are mods that make the lights brighter. I chalk the dim lights up to infrastructure issues. Lights aren't as bright as they should be, because the power running to them isn't what it should be. The power grid hasn't had any maintenance for 200 years.... so, shouldn't come as a surprise that there are problems. It's a wonder that ANYTHING works at all. :D (and yes, I am using a mod to make the lights brighter. :) )

Just my opinion.... The creation engine does the job. It may not be the best, it may be a tad unstable, and easily upset, but, when properly cared for, it can do amazing things. :D I am able to run my modded game without game-breaking bugs, and play for hours without issue. FO4 is currently my go-to game when I have some time to kill. :D

Given what I have been seeing lately, I suspect it is more to the tune of "Running right up to the edge and taking a flying leap."...... :D And now, Biden is saying he won't sign the infrastructure bill that passed both house, unless he ALSO gets his 'other' infrastructure bill.... (with a whole buncha social programs that the repubbies simply won't accept, as it is mostly stuff they negotiated OUT of the infrastructure bill.) Our country is broken, and it is only getting worse.

True, though I have never done so. :) If the idiots are too stupid to figure out which bed to sleep in..... well, they can just figger it out. That, and the game has a habit of 'forgetting' which settlers are assigned to what, when. It gets tedious reassigning them....

The dems would like nothing more than to repeal the 2nd amendment, and ban personal gun ownership altogether. Then they could implement whatever programs they wanted to, and 'the people' would have no recourse but to accept it. They know they can't do it all at once, so, they just do it in increments. First they ban large magazines, then they ban 'assault weapons' (for which we STILL don't have a definition that the majority agrees on...) once those are banned, and nothing changes..... they can extend that to other classes of weapons, until, in the end, ALL of them are banned......

Won't help. I "air-gapped" my house in sanctuary. You had to use stairs to get to it, but, I left a gap between the stairs, and the entry to the house, so the navmesh would not be contiguous. Settlers couldn't walk in while I was there, but, they could spawn there when the cell loaded as I approached, or if I fast traveled there..... I just put in an elevator. And removed the couch, which seems to have been their goal (despite having their own places to sit). I may have to pull the food replicator though, so they don't teleport up for a snack. I've used elevators as well, yet Preston STILL seemed to think my bedroom was actually his..... :D I would find him there on a regular basis. NOT my idea of the preferred bed-partner. :D

Might try using Buffout 4, it generates a log file when the game crashes. I have no idea if it will give any useful information in this circumstance though.... Might be worth a try.

Ok, now that IS bizarre. :) Are you running any kind of auto-loot mod? (something that automatically takes everything from a containers inventory, and puts it in yours?)

Biden just wants to take guns away from americans. He is using the rise in the crime rate as an excuse. Doesn't seem to matter to him that guns sales have spiked in the past, even while the crime rate was going DOWN. And this is happening while democrat controlled cities are defunding their police, various and sundry 'gun crime' units have been disbanded, a few of those cities have a severe shortage of police officers, simply due to the anti-police sentiment in those locations. And the politicians wonder why the crime rate is spiking........ Just goes to show you that anyone can be elected to office, regardless of their qualifications. Apparently, 'common sense' is NOT one of aspects that dem voters are looking for. Seems to me, that they are more concerned with being soft on criminals, making sure you can't defend yourself, and pushing the idea that if you are white, you are automatically racist, and hate everyone that is not white......
