  1. The first reported cases were in Wuhan China. There were no other reported cases for some time thereafter. Isn't it a reasonable assumption that it originated there?? i assume you want to say that there were no other widespread cases identified as the first covid 19 in wuhan so far. what does this say about the origin and probably some not reported cases of the virus and the very first infection ? at least this was the reason why the official wording is not wuhan or china virus. ignoring that for political reasons or for reelection purposes is just embarassing! maybe or even probably nobody has noticed the first human infection because of minor symptoms. thinking crude like trump i can just assume that an us resident in wuhan was the first one spreading it to the wuhan population - who knows - you ? trump? and why not ? seems you are sure like trump what you are talking about ? i recommend what scientists worldwide write and not what trump or other ignorant chatterer assume. so why ignoring the offcial wording 'covid 19' ? just to show to be ignorant as so many blinded trump and right wing follower in the u.s.? Wow. You really have it in for Trump, and anyone that might even remotely prefer him to what the Dems have to offer....... There is likely a 12 step program for the irrational hatred you show here..... Well, lets think about this a bit. A virus likes to spread, there weren't ANY widespread cases reported before Wuhan. It is a simple matter to look at the spread of the disease, and see that the epicenter of the infection was indeed Wuhan China. So, your supposition that it originated elsewhere has zero evidence, or even logic, to support it.
  2. The way I did it in oblivion, it was just an inventory item. (though, could still be a worn item if FO4) To access its inventory, you had to drop it, then activate it on the ground, THAT would give you a menu to either pick it up, or, access it's inventory. It's inventory was NOT accessible while worn. (in the players inventory) When you picked it up, it would calculate the weight of the items in it, and then assign a percentage of that weight to the item you picked up. (it was zero weight when empty.....)
  3. The first reported cases were in Wuhan China. There were no other reported cases for some time thereafter. Isn't it a reasonable assumption that it originated there?? And then we have.... It originated in bats. Now, I see articles saying it didn't, but, don't offer any other theories. (aside from a bio-warfare lab.......) This is probably one of those things we will never discover. My main concern is that we find a vaccine for it, and have it go the way of polio, or smallpox..... But then I hear that it easily mutates, much like the flu.... so, the vaccine may be effective against one strain, but, not against others. Another story goes that we will eventually build up 'herd immunity', and the virus will die out from a lack of suitable hosts. Of course, we are still seeing infection rights climbing, right along with the body count. From the numbers I have found, it seems to be somewhat worse than the spanish flu from the post WWI era, but, medical science has advanced quite a bit since then, so it may actually be MUCH worse. Something we won't know until this is all history. (and likely not for several years afterwards.)
  4. There is likely an overlay .swf file (I think) for VATS, that was causing it. With archive invalidation, even if you deactivate the mod that installed it, the game will still use the newer file.....
  5. Place Everywhere makes building a breeze. You never see the red outline. Ever.
  6. Are you trying to target them in VATS? Maybe it's a menu problem...
  7. I think the scripts are applied to the projectile...... which is likely a property of the ammo...... :)
  8. Laptop likely doesn't have any place to put a second harddrive..... That said, upgrading to a solid state drive makes a MAJOR difference in performance, especially for programs that hit the harddrive heavily. (the CK, and pretty much every beth game springs immediately to mind......) If you just want to upgrade what you have, any decent computer shop should be able to clone your current harddrive, to an SSD. As it is a direct copy, nothing on the system changes, it just runs a LOT faster. I know we do this at work on a regular basis. We don't even stock mechanical harddrives any more.... as SSD's have gotten dirt cheap.
  9. technically I should be able to download at 12mb/s , and that has never happened around here. Yeah, and there are a lot of reasons you will never see those speeds. Most of which, Nexus has zero control over. I have a 15mb/s connection here at home, (yeah, slow by a lot of folks standards these days.....) but, the only time I see those speeds, is when I am doing a speed test....... For the most part, no matter where I am downloading from, if I see anything over 1.5mb/s, I consider myself doing good..... It isn't necessarily Nexus, or your ISP that is the problem either, it's everyone in between... Some folks purposely limit speeds on certain types of traffic...... according to theory, that isn't legal, but, it's done anyway. WHEN you download is also a factor..... if the servers are really busy, you get slow speeds.... if the servers have very little traffic, your speed is better. Tracking down these problems is just so much fun.... There is a 'troubleshooting guide' around here somewhere for download issues. (as they seem to be kinda common.....) I'm not quite sure what is at play here, but i get my moneys worth on both steam, origin, uplay, rockstar launcher, and so on. A direct download through google will even sometimes top out at 14mb/s. May wanna have a read here, and see if anything shakes loose.

  11. Most I imagine are fleeing communism / Socialism. What you dishonestly present as socialism is marxism-leninism, an ideology based on the concentration of powers like the right-wing fascist culture. What's more like I already explained in my other posts all the things the dictators need to make a coup d'état or a purge are the police, the army, the control of the justice and of the medias. In other words no dictator never made any coup d'état by creating a welfare-state or any purge by nationalizing a company. And the marxist-leninist dictatorships are fortunately very rare nowadays, most immigrants run away from dictators oftenly friends with the american government and from the slaver bosses (notably the american ones) who are looting the natural resources of the 3rd world. Ok, so the immigrants are fleeing the 'evil american bosses' to come to..... America..... Yeah, that makes perfect sense........ Maybe...... Ok, it doesn't. In fact, that simply defies logic. In the USA the american bosses (like all the other bosses by the way) can't take advantage of their workers as they do in the 3rd-world because nothing forces that heap of right-wing/fascist psychopaths to apply their country's work-related laws abroad so yes my statement perfectly makes sense, unless it's too complicated for your old brainwashed right-wing mind. You obviously aren't paying attention then..... Employers still take advantage of employees, especially the illegal immigrants they hire. Not that I expect that you will every concede any point at all. You call me 'brain-washed', but, all I see from you is ultra-left wing rhetoric, that you apparently totally believe. Have you ever even been to america???? My guess would be no..... You would likely fit right in in southern california.... in the rest of the country, that would look at you funny, and start backing away.... making sure not to turn their backs to you, till they were a good distance off....... Just like they do with any other rabid fanatic, regardless of ideology.
  12. I remember writing scripts for backpacks in oblivion....... but, I am certain that I didn't release the mod..... I simply don't recall if I just used them myself, or if I was working with someone else, and it was released under their name......... I suspect it was something that I used, and never released...... But, scripting in oblivion was easier (too me) than what we have now in skyrim/fo4...... I learned scripting originally back in the Morrowind days, but, when beth changed to using papyrus..... Never bothered to learn it.

  14. And for two bucks, you can get 'supporter' status, and not see any ads, and get a slightly bumped download speed. (2mb/s, I think) That said, I have NEVER seen download speeds above 1.5mb/s. But, I think that is more due to my ISP, than nexus servers.
  15. I think there is a specific category for anime mods here..... May have to go a-lookin' if the person that posted the image hasn't been around for a while.
  16. *Be Exceptional - Uninstall.esp <- Do you really want this one enabled as well????
  17. Are the new items added via script injection? Are you missing a dependency? Link to the mod? :)
  18. Then you REALLY don't need cleanmem........
  19. For the first: Get Better Console. Then, simply drop one of the guns, open the console, click on the gun, and it will tell you all sorts of useful information. For the second..... No clue. :)
  20. Do you have the Fallout 4 script extender installed? Are you starting the game with the FOSE_loader?
  21. Wabbajack, automaton, and others of that nature, were designed and built for the folks that, for whatever reason, don't want to spend the time picking and choosing mods, installing them, then convincing them to play nice together. They are aimed at 'casual gamers', and folks with time constraints, that prevent them from spending the time getting their load order perfect, and their game stable. That's all on the mod-pack author. Remains to be seen just how well its all going to shake out..... I suspect, as they become more popular, and more mod packs become available, there will be some that are really good, some that are merely ok, some that aren't so good, and others that just suck..... Will the author support his mod pack? Will he/she keep it updated? Or is that all going to end up on the authors of the individual mods themselves? (which is one of the major points of contention mod authors have with the system......) Personally, I think the automated installers ARE going to become a 'thing'. Players will like them, because it will give them an opportunity to play a modded game, without the steep learning curve that goes with it. Just click some buttons, let the tool do its thing, and off they go, with their nicely modded game. (hopefully.....) So, folks that normally wouldn't, for whatever reason, mod their game, will now be able to do so. That will bring more traffic to the various download sites. For Nexus, it will definitely mean more traffic, and given the way automated downloads are set up here, it will prompt some of those folks to spring for a premium account. Which puts money in their pocket..... I don't see them saying "No" to that. So, the system does have some advantages. A fair few mod authors though, disagree. Some, vehemently disagree...... and have gone so far as to remove their mods from here, and uploaded them to other places, that DON'T support the automated downloads. (beth, for instance.) Should be interesting to see how things develop.
  22. It's patently obvious that the world can't possibly be flat..... If it were, cats would have knocked everything off the edge by now.
  23. Modders leaving while slamming the door, is not really a new thing. And who can blame them? With that said. If you set yourself up as an 'pro' modder/semi business, people are going to expect a lot from you. And some have an tendency to think that they are some kind of NexusJesus. Entitlement all around sours the whole thing. Its the users that drive most of them away. Demanding this, that, and the other thing, from a person that provides them with their work, for FREE. I will grant you that we do indeed have some authors that are prima donnas, but, they are a TINY minority of the 70 thousand plus authors that host here.
  24. As I understand your position: It's cheaper to buy raw materials elsewhere because it costs too much to produce at home. It costs too much to mine and process the raw materials at home because of government interference. When the government interference is eliminated, It's still cheaper to buy the raw materials elsewhere. So the government regulations and their impact on production costs are not the driving force when it comes to purchasing raw materials off shore. Reread what I wrote. The EPA has relaxed SOME of the restrictions, but, there are still MANY in place. The EPA didn't simply dry up, and blow away, they are still there, over-regulating as usual. And yes, it is currently still cheaper to buy from China, than to produce in the US. EPA is one major driving factor there. Labor rates, and such, are another. All of the restrictions on tailing maintenance and runoff, heavy metal runoff, ground and surface water contamination, open pit recovery, well integrity, well spillage and containment, pumping emissions, and sensitive environment protection have all been eliminated or watered down to the point of non-existent. And all the punitive language in EPA regulations has been declared null and void. So which regulations are left? Ok, that covers mining. You do understand that is only the first step, right? Still need to refine it into a usable form.
