How many mods are you running? Usually, when I see this kind of behavior, it's because you are over the 255 esp/esm limit.

Yeah, they really did a number on power armor. It should be impervious to small arms fire..... and the occupants strength should have no bearing at all on the PA's strength. That should be a set value. But, of course..... in a world where small arms pretty much rule the day.... a player in power armor would be pretty much god-like.....

Where did you get the game from, and where did you get the DLC's from? Mixing and matching vendors doesn't always work out well. :D You could try converting the dlc's into zip archives, and then reinstall with vortex....

the skeleton was menntioned in another mod, the graphics i was trying to augment the skyland, but yeah i need to delete it, and as teh movement, no idea why its not working. i'm on console, so there's a chance something didn't port right maybe? but i have no idea lol. i hate mod order so much. Try playing on PC. :) Things get REALLY complicated REALLY fast..... Though there are tools to make a bit of it easier... even if you don't understand what is happening 'under the hood'. :D

Open the console, type TCL, close the console, go below ground and either move the plants in build mode, or simply disable them. when you have a good view, open the console, select the plant in question, type in disable, and then markfordelete on any that you think may be giving you issues.

Where are you trying to download mods to? Which specific folder?

Do the DLC's actually show up in your install folder? (for the game itself...)

Looks like it is just moving inactive mods to the bottom of the list, though it also move wet to before the other mod? Does that actually break anything?

Pack Attack: NPC Edition has flashbangs. Not on Nexus though. Do a search (google) for Greslin Mods. It's on his discord server.

That, I don't know.... Never had to deal with it. There should be a field that lists master files, wonder if you could simply change the name of the file in question? (in that field.)

Theoretically, the author is working on exactly that.... a script that will add the ammo variants to leveled lists, though it appears he is having some issues with it. Might be best to wait, and let the author deal with it.

xEdit should give you the ability to do that.
