My Game doesn't apply the mods

Did you click DEPLOY MODS in that Orange Bar?

Hi, I'm having a similar issue. I open skyrim after enabling and deploying all of my mods and then I go into the mods section of the main menu. I hit T to reorder my mods because that's the only way I can see them in the main menu, and they are all greyed out. Most of them have 0 bytes next to their name and when I hit enter on any of them it tells me that they are missing files, but I go back to Vortex and no files are missing.

Don't ever use the in-game mod manager. Period. It will mess up your game.

 

Also, only use one mod manager.

If deployment isn't working, check the little bell in the top right for an error/warning you probably missed.
