I had set up a small but powerful heater, pointed at my feet to keep them warm while playing a game using a steering wheel/pedals. I couldn't pause the game. Here's a rough story of how that went for me: Lap 1: "I may not have heated seats, but I do have heated feets!"\ Lap 10: "hey, uhh, this is getting kind of toasty" lap 35: "HOT! TOO HOT!!" lap 66: "OH MY F***ING GOD I'M ON FIRE!!!" Lap 100: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I kept going though, and when the race ended on lap 120 I found I'd lost about 50% of the hairs on my feet, and given myself a decent sun-burn.
