Pagafyr
The games I recall playing often were filled with quests stories that had no appropriate endings; among the main quest. I WIN!

Pagafyr
It's been so long since I played Fallout 3 all I remember now is that it is broken down building that is explorable. Has several floors down where it opens into a cavern with no passages out of it. Just a large one under the last floor which appeared to have been created by the feral ghouls and mutated fauna. The only way out was back the way we get in. I found it worthy of some thought, then after playing around with ideas I shared with other modders; dropped it.
