could any of you all recommend a good western rifle on the nexus? Getting my courier ready for NVB3

You're probably best to go with the Medicine Stick, or make a buffed Cowboy Repeater on your own. Those and the Trail Carbine are the best westernish rifles I know of.

How's it going, Someguy? Mod coming along good? How's the family? :)

What exactly is the order that you are suppose to play the someguy series in? I know that, for instance, you can talk to Russel about killing the Judge when you first meet him (although I did kill him and the game did not give me the option to say I had)

It tends to vary, but it usually goes NVBI, Russell, The Inheritance, NVBII. I think Russell and The Inheritance are roughly concurrent, so they're interchangeable.

I gave up on Cholla Mountain for now. I need better gear and I need more time to equip.

I'm going through The Inheritance now. Someguy, if there's a bug in squishing all your quest lines concurrent, I will find it.

Anyway, Nightkin. Motherf*#@ing Nightkin.

Thank god for the Poking Stick and explosive BMG rounds. And thermal vision - they show up like little sparkly globs and you don't really need head shots when you're firing miniature warheads at 200 yards.

Your bosses sure are something else. But by the time this one made it to me he was limping and mostly dead. Again, Praise Zimmer for .50 cal grenades.

You mean Jesus-Zimmer. Praise be him, for he is our lord and savior in times of need.

I know some aficionados of this series might consider the following blasphemy. You have been warned.. hehe

As far as what weapons to use for someguy2000's series. I am a big energy weapon fan, myself. For pewpew guns that have a nice western feel to them. You cant go wrong with either the holorifle from Dead Money DLC or the M-2081 Pistol by Omegared99 that can be found on the Nexus.

Pardon me. I am a blasphemer. This will happen.

Though, technically, in my timeline JZ hasn't 'ascended,' e.g. by a shooting, so he is still only Zimmer.

Oh, God, who's that dipshit who confronts you in Novac? Man, he just wasn't into being viciously demeaned, now was he? I was actually arranging Sellers on the mattress when Hawthorn/Harkins/Hooplehead wandered in, but he had to shoulder past Russell, and even though I didn't have a gun drawn when he started his verbal queef fest, I still nailed him right in the face without sights.

Then dumped him in the bathtub with a Molotov. Nice suit, though. Bradley doesn't quite have a handle on who he's talking to. Worry about the syndicate? Narf.
