Trobus Posted July 6, 2014 Share Posted July 6, 2014 Slightly off topic. But as a premium paying member, shouldn't we have the option to only download from just the premium servers? I keep getting stuck on the slow normal servers when trying to download anything with NMM. So have to force to Kent UK all the time, which I guess in part leads to that server getting over loaded if everyone does it. Also are the multi part downloads really essential? I mean spitting a download up into four might just be causing more traffic than its worth? As your connection can only download at a certain speed and usually just a one part download will download at max speed or about the same speed as multipart download. Hatter51 Posted July 6, 2014 Share Posted July 6, 2014 Sounds good, but if you do end up getting new servers as opposed to this CDN stuff, could you please get at least one Australian server? I usually get painfully slow downloads most of the time from your American and European servers (~7 kb/s). I am sure that I would be not the only one to benefit from this.
