There are some things that need to be released/editable before significant modding happens. 24 hours after release is a bit quick on the draw. Problem is, replacers are going to need ini edits which we won't automatically do with NMM due to the complications it can cause. So people are still going to need to make some manual edits themselves for NMM to work until Bethesda patch in the changes, or bring out their modding tools.
