leisuresuitberry
I don't know about you guys, I am a Fallout fanatic, I have played all the Fallout games, I really like the nuclear wasteland, world restart button type of games. I really love Fallout 4, due to the fact that it has settlements and you can build stuff in it. I like how the player actions can affect the wasteland (for good or bad). Bethesda said Nuka-World is the "last" DLC, ya huh, so now they are pumping out Creation Club mods for FO4, why DUN YOU SLOWLY RELEASE A NEW DLC for FO4, charge it 20 USD. If Bethesda is listening, you can release a new DLC slowly, no time constraint (at your leisure mode) while you focus on BIG PROJECTS. Probably release it in 2020, if it is GOOD, people will buy it, honestly Far Harbor I will give it 90/100 and Nuka-World (80/100). And I never hear people talking about Fallout 5, so is the Fallout series dead????????? Edited July 27, 2019 by leisuresuitberry
DoctorKaizeld
Elder Scrolls VI is next. FO5 comes after it is the standard release order for Bethesda. Bethesda also only typically releases 4 dlc per game before moving on as well and FO4 is 4 years old now. It would be a waste of time and money to make more dlc for it. The CC is entirely user created and significantly cheaper as well as not using up their staff to make them. This is good for bethesda and it pays for itself. Either way FO4 is the worst fallout game I have ever played and makes me question buying any beth titles in the future if they end up being anywhere near the same, so meh either way

Heavily modded it provides a lot of entertainment for me. Which is true for any Beth game. If there hadn't been mods, I would have discarded their games after one or two playthroughs. If they'd decided on making their games unmoddable. That, for me, would be the point of no return. As far as DLCs for #4 got. I'm entirely with you. One may never forget, we're talking about a profit oriented corporation here. Their primary goal isn't satisfying some fan needs but to fill their accounts with easy money. And that's what CC gives them. One of the reasons I don't update my game anymore. I don't need that bloatware and the fiddling with the exe which made my game borderline unplayable at times without doing some serious research on the web. At my game's current stage I even had to underclock my GPU by a few notches to not crash every few minutes. No, thanks. No more Bethesda updates forr me. DoctorKaizeld
I do not count mods when judging a game. Though even with mods the game is still boring and lacks nost if thd fallout feel

Since Morrowind they didn't publish any game that wasn't cringeworthy in it's vanilla state in my book. Fot me quality ended already with Oblivion, which was the last game ever, I preordered, in the vain hope, it would be Morrowind enhanced. Wellt, it wasn't. I don't buy Bethesda games in hopes of getting an exciting game experience, but in hopes of the modders to take care of the issues. Love Fallout 4. I'd love it unmodded too TBH, outside of bugs. Mods make it better but I don't consider it bad without them. The unoptimized nature of the game performance wise is my only long-term issue with it.
geala
It's sad that no further official DLC for FO4 will come out, but fact. There are some interesting big mods in the pipeline, after all. In the meantime I enjoy FO4. As we all know, tastes differ, and it's the first Fallout game I really like. Although I'm annoyed by about 75% of FO4's design, the rest pleases me enough to make it my game most played. I never understood the theoretical judgement of "the unmodded game" for a game with a strong emphasis to modding. I'm not a drama critic but a player and I play with mods. HadToRegister
Creation Club is for modders who like to get paid $500 to sell their mod to Bethesda, so Bethesda can make THOUSANDS from itIf the CC modders would realize that they're being ripped off, the CC updates would stop. That's not a one way street, you know. It's these modders being willing to sell out for a nominal fee and it's the ones buying the CC-crap. I guess it's mostly console players being hungry for any mod to come their way.
