if you really wanna upgrade your PC, dont just find whatever is cheapest that might barely get you by, cause youll find yourself needed to upgrade again very soon and in the long run spend more money. save up your money, get the 560 Ti. it will last you a hell of a lot longer then the other GPU. itll be a while yet before the 560 because the minimum requirement for games. also you dont need to get a 560ti either. like samadchaz said, try looking in the 400 series. a little bit cheaper and not quite as powerful, but will hold u over still a little longer then really cheap GPUs....also like (s)he (sorry not sure which you are samadchaz) you might need to consider a new PSU which will run you anywhere from $50-$100. also another area where you dont want to buy the cheapest one out there. as a crappy PSU could mean :nuke: to your whole system.

But it is the government's prerogative to Disallow doctors from using patients as guinea pigs for completely untested procedures, not in America it isnt. no where in the constitution does it say that this is one of the governments duties. the fact that they are foster parents could be an issue, however we cant be sure without knowing the judges reasoning behind his decision. please stop taking pot shots at america, its irrelevant, youve already stated that opinion once before and while i disagree, health care plans arent apart of this debate, as much as you try to make it so.

i think the big question is, is why is it the governments decision whether or not to treat the child? regardless of the treatment, it shouldnt have to be brought to a judge, because it has nothing to do with the government or the constitution.

the thing that bugs me is everything looks like its a still photo, and they call that graphics. like the kind of graphics that were in the games in the 90s. it looks real cause its just a picture of something. does that make sense? and you forgot to mention no bullet drop, same damage at all range (sniper is ohko period) horrible physics (you mighta said that one)....snipers auto align on their target making quick scoping possible and long range sniping require no skill

i agree with the, the friends ive talked to about CoD (since i cant stand the game personally) all just said meh (except the couple who are diehard fanboys) and the one si talked to about BF3 (since i didnt buy the game after the Beta for all the reasons you states esp prone) said it was better then CoD but not as good as BFBC2, unless you really wanted prone (this is on Ps3 btw)....i heard the new frostbite engine didnt really improve anything either in terms of physics and destruction. but thats just what friends have told me.

Core i3 CPUs are not quad core. They have 2 physical cores, each with hyper-threading so you have 4 threads in total. Your GPU is detecting over 1 GB of memory because it is most likely taking it from your RAM. Most laptop GPUs do not have 1GB of dedicated memory. Having a GPU that uses shared memory is slower than one that uses dedicated memory but that is the tradeoff in a lot of laptops. my laptop has 1gb dedicated memory! :biggrin:

you actually turned on vsync yea. from what i understand Vsync makes it so your fps cant go over whatever is set for your screen, which is usually 60.

hmm. games ive put the most hours into...in no order Fall Out 3 - 100% on all trophies all DLC, beat 3 times (Ps3) Dragon Age: Origins - beat four times. plus a bunch of partial play throughs. got all the achievements too main game and DLC (PC) StarCraft: Brood War - has to be the game i spent the most time on, also been out the longest of any game ive played, though now i play SC2 (PC) Resistance 2 - beat the campaign 4 times, spent countless hours on online coop. got all three classes to lvl 30. didnt platinum cause i didnt play competetive that much. (Ps3) Command & Conquor Generals: Zero Hour - again, spent tons of hours playing this. at one point had beaten all the campaigns, the generals challange and had like 150-200 matches against AI and stuff under my belt. played a little bit of online too, but very little. (PC) Demons Souls - gotta be close to the game i have the second most amount of hours in, quite possibly the most. with just my main toon, i had 150 hours on (though i left the game running a few times) whom i platinumed with. ive made at least 20 characters since with at least 12+ hours each. ive since played Dark Souls (its successor) which i have only 125 hours in and havent platinumed yet. ill be going back to Demons Souls again soon, my friend just bought it. (Ps3) Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal - i know my original gold has like 250 hours on it which never over wrote. i have 2 Silvers which i would always delete and start over and a Crystal which i started played/rewriting instead of Silver. Ive since bought Heart Gold for (3)DS and beaten it twice. hell if you count all 4 of those pokemon games, those deff take number 1 for most hours spent on..but thats 4 games (granted they are identical) (Gameboy Color/(3)DS) however if i had to list an all time favorite game, it would be Metal Gear Solid 4. ive only beat it twice, and have two partial play throughs that i started but didnt finish (one is a loaded save after you beat the game, allowing you to use all money and weapons from your other game) (and the other is a not killing anyone game) i would say its around 100 hours between the four of them, give or take. but between the amazing graphics (some of the best on the Ps3, even though it was one of the first games to come out) the superb story (including the cut scenes) and the amazing gameplay. a great length to the game as well. this was the first MGS ive ever played, and it was amazing enough i went and read about all the other games, just to learn about the history, so when i went and played MGS4 again, it made more sense. it was amazing before i knew what it was about, but more amazing after. i still plan on getting the Ps3 remakes of the two Ps2 MGSs. but ya, MGS4 is my all time favorite game overall. (Ps3)

clans idk. never been apart of one, but teamwork is great. which is why i like BFBC2 over CoD because teamwork is more prominant. you can go all lone wolf if you want, and you just might do pretty good, but when i play with my friends, we never lose to just one person. and very rarely do we lose to a team where one person got all the kills. i hate lone wolf games in multiplayer. i like coop. even coop competitive (like bfbc2)

yea. i deff understand how games have gotten easier (which is why i like Demons Souls soo much) but in a game that requires strategy and stuff, ohkos take away that lvl because no matter how good you are, you can die with no effort involved. ya i coulda specced to resist death, but yea. i didnt. and i honestly dont remember now how i beat him. im sure i used a Sentinel because in the late game they are almost necessary. i think i had Hope Snow and Lightning in the end. i thought FF13 was easy too easier then FF12 (the only other FF game ive played) as i still havent beaten it lol. but it was a fun. im one of the few ppl who didnt hate FF13. i thought it was a good game. but then, im not one of the long time fans who had high or different expectations. i enjoyed the game.

yep. the 6850 is a very good GPU. esp for your price range

i honestly dont play Fall Out for the story, i mean the better the story the better the game, but lets face it FO3 and FONV didnt exactly have the most amazing stories...i play Fall Out for the atmosphere. i want my surroundings to feel like 200+ years after the nukes. i want the ppl to feel like generations of survivors. the settlements to feel and look like the were built out of hope. know what im saying? FO3 did a great job of this. FONV not as much

dont get the bulldozer. if you get a CPU get the 1100T. its the best CPU AMD has right now. bulldozer is newer, but it didnt exactly live up to expectations. the 1100T is just as good, better in some areas....however that board will support future CPUs such as Piledriver which is supposed to be coming out sometime in the Spring. anything that says AM3+ will support future AMD CPUs

i say go with the second mobo i showed you, the ASRock one. like $60 cheaper and still gunna do you fine. and for a little bit more, i suggest you get Win 7 Pro. it adds a few more options for the user and will be supported longer then Home by Microsoft. and yea, everything will hold you over until you can afford to upgrade. deff stay with the 750W PSU if you plan on upgrading. it will still be overkill (unless you wanna do Crossfire/SLI) but a little bit of overkill in the PSU isnt a bad thing.

just found out im in the standard SWTOR Beta, so ill be playing that for a bit more, try the classes i didnt get to try over the weekend. so it might be another day or so before i get to KOTOR (dont wanna play too much SWTOR, lol be a shame if i got sick of it before it even came out lol)

turns out, im in the standard Beta too. i just went back in and im going to continue playing!
