  1. We've not made any changes to that flow in months (possibly even years!). It's more likely an update to your browser has broken the functionality. Were you able to test with a different browser?
  2. Please ignore what you see in the inspector. This is not an error, it's just the leftovers of a feature we removed years ago. I would suggest checking my recommended post:
  3. Try restarting your PC and running the .NET6 installer before starting any other apps.
  4. You don't need to start the game via Vortex if that helps. It doesn't sound like something the mod manager can cause so it's either mod or game related.
  5. This isn't currently possible. We're aware it's a bit annoying and hope to bring it back eventually.
  6. If the download doesn't start it's usually an issue in your setup. Please see these help pages: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/113-troubleshooting-website-issues https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/wiki/MODDINGWIKI-Users-General-Downloading-from-Nexus-Mods
  7. You can suggest this at https://feedback.nexusmods.com (or upvote it if someone else suggested it). What you're asking for is very complex from a technical standpoint so may not be possible without major reworks to the site search systems.
  8. Please manually install the latest version of Vortex over your current install to fix this. You have a super old version that cannot auto-update.
  9. A crash in the game is caused by the mods themselves and not Vortex. I'd suggest reviewing any SKSE plugins and ensure they're updated. Failing that you can ask for help modding Skyrim here:
  10. You can make suggestions at feedback.nexusmods.com and if it gets a lot of upvotes we'll consider it. Please keep in mind that Vortex is not getting any significant updates in the near future as we are primarily working on Nexus Mods app.
  11. Go to the Games tab, find Subnautica, click the little menu on the card and select "Manually Set Location". Pick the folder for your Steam install and restart Vortex once it has been accepted.
  12. I've had confirmation from the web team that this is fixed. Please let us know if you're still seeing problems.
  13. This is a fault with the Warhammer 40k Darktide extension (as noted in the second line of the error). You can report it here: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/684 Alternatively, you should uninstall it from the Extensions section.
  14. We won't be building this into Vortex, but it may be possible to add it to our new app when that is fully developed.
  15. Vortex follows the FOMOD standard. If it's reporting an error, that generally means it's not part of the standard. This is covered in detail here: https://modding.wiki/en/vortex/developer/mod-installer-repair
  16. You should never remove these files manually, it should be done in the Vortex UI. If you want to do this in batch Ctrl + A, Ctrl + Click and Shift + Click all work in the mods table.
  17. If you're getting an error in-game that isn't a problem with Vortex it'll be some kind of issue with QMM. You may want to check the mod pages you're using for advice.
  18. Are your games and mod staging folder on a drive with an NTFS file system (all Windows C:\ drives are, most external drives are not)?
  19. This was most likely a temporary issue related to a site issue on the day you posted this.
  20. It's not something you can do in the UI, but Vortex is open source so you can contribute the required changes if you're a developer. https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/vortex-games/blob/master/game-nomanssky/index.js
  21. Any archived file can be downloaded if you know the IDs for it. You can aks the mod author on their page to un-archive it if you don't have this information though!
  22. You will need to make sure your game and mod staging folder (Settings -> Mods) are on the same drive. Then you can deploy your mods.
  23. If you've reinstalled Windows, that's basically the same as moving to a new PC. This page may help you work out what you need to do: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/wiki/MODDINGWIKI-Users-General-Moving-Vortex-to-a-new-PC
