It seems you have almost no understanding of how to use Vortex. If you'd like to move things out of AppData, you can simply change the paths in settings for the Downloads and Mod Staging Folders. If it's one specific file, I'd recommend starting the download from a different server (the choice is on the right side of the pop-up box when starting a download). I'm afraid I can't give you much advice without the test results though. Files over 500MB are served from a different server network than smaller ones, so doing the tests will show us the connection to all available servers.

This is a long standing issue with some very specific timezones. It may be that your region doesn't have a BST equivalent or something but maybe it used to when the site was first designed? Either way, if the date and time shows correctly on Nexus Mods Next, that is the system we'll be moving to in future.

The link you provided is to a web page, not an image. Perhaps you should just include that in your report? Due to the weird way Steam hosts their images it's not possible to embed them into posts.

Hmm, if it's a problem with your 5G, it might be worth reporting to your mobile operator.

You could try reporting the issue to your ISP? The tests show you may also get better speeds with a Premium plan.

Hi there, Thanks for the test results. Based on the info provided, it seems you're unable to connect to any of our regular servers but you do have a decent connection to the Premium CDN. We often find that ISPs in Australia have very bad connections to our network or are routing the traffic in a way that degrades the service. You may be able to try using a VPN?

I'm afraid if a VPN doesn't help then it's going to be an ISP or routing problem. It's not something we have any control over.

There is literally no difference between an "AE" mod and Skyrim SE mod when it comes to installing them. Skyrim Special Edition's 1.6 update only impacts a handful of mods: https://modding.wiki/en/skyrim/users/skse-plugins It's likely there's some kind of use error happening here rather than an issue with Vortex, but you've not provided enough info for anyone to help you.
