  1. Thanks for the confirmation. If it's not redirecting properly when you have 2FA disabled then that's a new bug. I'll raise it with the team.
  2. phucknexusmodz banned Reason: Inappropriate username. Your comment would have been answered if you'd simply read the description page too. "How do i download this f*#@lng file? My god this site sucks so much ass" Reference post
  3. For some reason I can't load Imgur links from our office right now, but I think I know the screen you're referring to. It's something we hope to improve at some point.
  4. Gryzleyy banned Reason: Ban evasion. Given away by the genius decision to send an abusive email to our support team. "Go and f*#@ yourself, u think I give a f*#@ing s#*! ure all f*#@ing pussies? you allow s#*! pussy f*#@ers post bullshit and then Im the toxic for spitting the true? yeah f*#@ off, i dont give a s#*! what a group of pathetic cowards think. If u say something stupid then eat the s#*! when it comes to you f*#@ing pussies. f*#@ your self."
  5. It's a quirk of the system if you have 2FA enabled - it's on our long list of small bugs to look into. For now you might just want to open the login page in a new tab.
  6. Please see the pinned post for troubleshooting advice and start your own thread. Thanks.
  7. That's not currently a feature of the image share. I think you may be the first person to ever ask for it. We do know that the image share needs some rethinking and will look into it once we migrate it to the new site design. I'm afraid that could be a quite a while away yet though.
  8. Unfortunately this is simply going to be an issue with the routing between your location and the images server (combined with some mod authors uploading ~7MB images). A VPN may improve the performance but otherwise there isn't too much we can do about this.
  9. From what I've been told it's a reference to the explorer :)
  10. We could look at adding something like this, but the big question is where to put it. The forum is currently structured with siloed sections for each game, so you could always post it under the game forum with a tag for Collections?
  11. While I definitely see the value of "copyleft", I just feel anything the forces mod authors to use a particular license just won't work. If they directly use new meshes, textures, scripts, etc I can see that, but if they just reference them via master or forward simple value changes I see no reason to try and force them to open source their work.
  12. There has already been plenty of discussion about how to license the Community Patch project on the Starfield Modding Discord and we believe it seems like a larger conversation that would benefit from a forum thread. The Aim Before we decide on a license, I feel it's important to lay out what we want to achieve. This should better inform the choices. The Community Patch is intended to be a collection of bugfixes to improve the quality of the base game, therefore it should be as open as possible so that parts of it can be reused or overwritten by other mods. The license should: Ensure that contributors are properly credited.Allow for parts of the patch the be included in or edited by other mods. While we'd prefer there to be one "main" Community Patch, this would also allow for derivatives. Direct derivatives (e.g. SCP - Cheaters Edition) should be required to share the same license of the original patch. The patch itself should be able to freely shared around (provided the license is respected), so it can be posted on Nexus Mods, Bethesda.net, Steam Workshop or any other applicable platform without issue. Mods that include parts of SCP or require it as a master should not be force to use the same license. We should ensure mod authors who want to have more control over their work are able to. Prevent the direct monetisation of the patch through methods such as paywalling. Be simple to understand! If I've missed something here, let me know and I'll add it. Current Recommendation Dual License Binary data (e.g. the plugin) will be shared under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. Code (e.g. scripts) will be shared under GPL 3.0, with an adjustment to ensure that mods which use part of the patch or require it as a master can have closed permissions, if the mod author prefers that approach. (Possibly LGPL?) Alternatives This is a list of alternatives that have either been discussed and dismissed or require further investigation.
  13. Bethesda gave us a first look at one of the Starfield companions:
  14. For sure. I am already imagining a Stargate-style portal system.

  16. sleepytigereyes banned Reason: Spamming a member of staff with abusive PMs after your mod page was placed under moderation. From our site rules: "Our staff and moderators have the right to carry out their duties enforcing our Terms of Service without harassment, insult or hassle. If a user attacks a member of the moderation team in any way they will be banned from our service and may forfeit any right to appeal the decision. 17. Sorry to hear that. You might want to try reporting it as a fault to your ISP, not sure they can/will do anything but it's often caused by them using "cheaper" routes to connect you to our servers.
  18. Thanks for submitting your tests. Based on the reported speeds, I can see that you are getting over 2MB/s which means there are no limits from our side in place. As you get a limited speed from all our servers around the world I'm afraid this is an ISP or routing issue. You might be able to try with a VPN to see if the speeds increase.
  19. It's up to the mod author(s) if they want to allow comments or not. You can post in the relevant game forums if you want to explain the issue to the community more openly.
  20. Looks like some Redditors have managed to get their hands on screenshots of the 2018 build of Starfield. https://gamerant.com/starfield-2018-build-images-leak/ They like to call it "NASA-punk" but it also reminds me of the Institute from Fallout 4 too.
  21. This should now be resolved, sorry about that.
  22. Taliehoe banned Reason: Most likely a compromised account due to the uploading of suspicious The Sims 4 content. Reference post
  23. Seems like it was a temporary problem. Possibly at your ISPs end.
  24. I don't remember this ever being an option. You can create a poll in the relevant game forum and link to it from your page though?
  25. In response to post #107510423. #107520748, #107687828 are all replies on the same post. I don't think you read my comment properly...
