  2. Hmm, it still hasn't seemed to have triggered. I'll poke the developers about this.
  3. Thanks for providing the info. From what I can see, the speed is very similar for all servers. This generally means that there is a "weak link" somewhere between your PC and our servers (as it happens to all servers it's probably closer along the chain to your PC). Do you have access to a VPN or alternative connection (such as a mobile hotspot) to see if that makes any difference to the speed?
  4. Sorry you didn't get a reply earlier. I suspect this thread got buried at the time. If the figures you posted are still correct I'm afraid it doesn't look like something we can fix on our end. Limited speed to all CDN nodes implies a "weak link" somewhere in the chain between your PC and our servers. It seems odd because your trace doesn't look particularly slow. Can you try a different connection (such as a mobile data connection or a VPN) to see if the speeds are better there?

  8. aqualock banned. Reason: Knowingly using assets taken from other authors without permission, as evidenced by your statements on the mod page and linked GitHub repo: "I totally disagree with a modder saying that the asset is his just because he modified something in an original game file, other modders and me DO NOT OWN ANYTHING, creating mods is for the good of the community and only for that it should serve, giving credits or donations to whoever made the mod or edited an asset is OK, but to say you own it is a joke. You can use my files at will, I just ask you to give me credits if you use them." "I decided not to post this mod on SOD2 Modding Discord because I disagree with rule 3. In my opinion, mods are no intellectual property, they are just edits of a present game file made BY the community FOR the community, to give credits for using other modder assets is OK but WE OWN NOTHING. You can use my assets as you wish, just give me credits and that's it. And if you don't, that's ok anyway, I'm always OK when the community wins. Peace!" From our Terms of Service: "Submission of existing user-submitted content without obtaining permission from the original author(s) of said content is strictly prohibited. Proper credit to the original author(s) must be given unless the author(s) has/have specified that credit is not necessary. 9. I'll move this to the Skyrim forum as it seems to be unrelated to Vortex.
  10. Lupina basically hit the nail on the head here. Please go through the troubleshooting guide they have linked and we'll do what we can to help you. It should be noted that with Premium we do not apply any restrictions on your download speed, however, the quality of your connection will still be a limiting factor.
  11. I've had a couple of other team members here download your mod too so that it hits 1000. If you don't see the notice in 24 hours, I'll need to get our dev team to look into this.
  12. That is an interesting question. On a quick look it does seem your mods should total more than 1,000 unique downloads. Although your most popular mod is still at 998 unique. (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/4483) I'm fairly sure it was total, but we'll see if it triggers properly when that mod hits 1,000. I've just downloaded it myself so we should be 1 away now :)
  13. I see your feedback in the system, but it doesn't include your log file. So I imagine the response will be to attach that. (Which can be done from "Attach special file" at the bottom of the window)
  14. Hmm, that definitely seems to be a bug then. If you've sent your log in our Vortex guys will take a look as soon as they can. All feedback is reviewed before being forwarded to GitHub. So don't worry it'll show up once it's been looked over. We do this to prevent spam on the GitHub page :)
  15. Hmm, Did it work in previous versions of Vortex (if you used them)? I'm wondering if Vortex is getting blocked when trying to save the updated load order to file, so when it reads the data from the file again, it hasn't changed. I don't have BG3 myself so I've flagged this to the team. What may help is if you can perform the steps you mentioned and then send a bug report inside Vortex itself. This will allow you to include a log file so we can see what happened. You can do so from the three dots menu in the top right.
  16. Did you try deploying your mods after setting the load order? That may be required to save the changes.

  18. M48A5 has linked to the topic with the answer, so I'm going to close this thread.
  19. Turn off any browser addons that may break the hCaptcha challenge. If that doesn't work, try reducing your post size a bit. If it includes lots of BBCode or code snippets, that normally triggers the captcha.
  20. thecrazyone banned. Reason: Abusive email to Nexus Mods support "Dear NexusMods, Unban me f*#@tard cunts. Btw you guys are gay as hell and you shall remain so."

  24. Well this topic seems to have exploded. To answer you original question. Generally speaking if your mod requires the original but doesn't directly edit or include the original assets, it's fine to post. For example, I was to use a certain sword for my NPC, so I make the sword mod a master and reference it in my plugin, but the user needs the original sword mod in it's entirety to use my mod properly. There are scenarios where the original mod author can object to their content being used in this way, but that is generally reviewed if (and only if) the original author does in fact report it. If for some reason that's unclear you're welcome to PM me. I'm going to close this thread though, I haven't read all the comments but there does some to be a lot of "armchair lawyers" in here and these kinds of conversation always seem to descend into arguments.
