I can see from your test results you're getting over 2MB/s so you're definitely getting the fastest speed your connection can support. There may be a temporary issue with the routing between your PC and our servers that is causing the slowdown you're experiencing, or the site may have been particularly busy when you reported this. Can you confirm if it's still happening?

If an account is banned for an inappropriate username, you can appeal the ban and request a name change. Creating a new account is not advised as this may be seen as ban evasion and get you blocked from the site.

We are currently experiencing issues when new files are uploaded to the site where they do not become available to download. Our team are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Please track this thread for updates. What is happening? For reasons we are yet to determine, all files uploaded after approximately 10pm (GMT+1) on 7th October 2020 may become stuck in the state shown above. The file is uploaded and scanned but is not made available to download. How long will it take to fix it? As the problem arose very late in the day we will be unable to fully investigate the issue until the morning of 8th October 2020. We hope to be able to give a better estimate during the day. Should I reupload my mod file? No. Your mod file will be made available automatically once this issue has been resolved. Uploading it again may simply push your file to the bottom of the queue of files to fix, so it's not recommended that your reupload it. The mod pages now have formatting controls when posting a comment. To your point Blinxys, we'll be reviewing how comments display on the site at some point, but it's not a priority right now.

Hi cheejin, We announced a while ago that we are actually working on a Collections system. At the moment we don't have anything to show or discuss publicly, we'd rather have everything laid out before we show it to you all. Just know, we're working on it and we're doing our best to make sure it's awesome.

An Informal Warning is basically us saying "Hey, you did something that's not great and a pattern of this behaviour will get you in trouble." it goes you the chance to know what happened without the warning being publicly visible to the entire community. Of course, in your case, everyone reading this topic now knows you go a warning... If you have further concerns about it, please either PM me or contact [email protected]. As has been pointed out, we don't allow public discussion of moderation.

If you look in the Vortex support forums, I've turned on a feature where either the OP or a moderator can mark their topic as answered. It's a per-forum setting though, so if there's a place you feel it would be useful I'm happy to consider it.
