  1. So what you are really saying is, you don't have a solution. Which is pretty much what I expected. I would point out, the supreme court agrees with the NRA interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. And like the typical liberal, you come out with the 'common sense' argument. Trouble is, not ONE of the 'common sense' gun laws the left is pushing, will make any difference whatsoever. None. Zero. Nada. Zilch. The guns AREN'T the problem. It's the people using them that are the problem. It's a mental health issue. Take a look at some of the recent mass-shootings. By and large, the shooters SHOULDN'T have been able to get their hands on a weapon. But they did. I have no idea what country you are in. Just as a side note, less than 500 people are killed each year in mass shootings. On average, 1500 children are killed BY THEIR PARENTS every year. Shall we ban parents? Well this would have a significant impact on a problem I don't see very many willing to discuss ... population growth. Too many folks won't even admit it's a problem.......
  2. That was true at one point, when the technology was new.... but, things have improved dramatically since then. I have my O/S on an SSD, so, reads/writes are extremely common. The drive is several years old now, but, when I check SMART data, it still shows better than 90% life left.
  3. Yeah, but, that is pretty indiscriminate. :) It does EXACTLY what it implies.

  5. There is the series of 'clean' mods.... basically all the trash is gone from settlements..... Otherwise, I think you would have to write script to scrap every single scrappable item in said settlement.
  6. Automatic weapons, and lots of ammo, or, shotguns....... Make short work of 'em. :D
  7. No, we aren't supporting liberal laws, we are support our rights. Did you miss the part about "Shall not be infringed"?? I suppose the real question here becomes: So, what is your solution? Please try and come up with something that might actually have a chance of working, and/or making it thru congress though. I know, that's a pretty tall order.....
  8. Oh god YES! I would love to be able to lay prone, with the subsequent bonuses to sneak, and penalties for those trying to find/shoot your, due to the significantly smaller area you would present. Being able to jump thru windows would be welcome as well. The animations for that are already essentially in the game, as I see NPCs vaulting over low obstacles on a regular basis. Climbing ladders?? :D (yeah, this is one TES players have been wanting since morrowind......)
  9. Well, that was helpful...... Somewhere..... And if ignorance bothers you so much, why don't you educate yourself, instead of just parroting what the liberal media has been feeding you? Or would having actual REAL information disrupt your world view?
  10. I seem to recall someone made a 'settlement cleaning broom'..... that you can assign a settler to, and it cleans up various things in settlements.... Not sure how well it works though. This one.
  11. What are you even talking about??
  12. That didn't always work for me.... What was interesting was, I would have resource monitor running in the background, and I would watch who was doing what while the infinite loading screen was happening. FO4 wasn't doing anything..... It was just sitting there burning about 30% of processor time, but, aside from that, nothing anywhere else....... At one point, Beth had the issue of the infinite elevator ride..... but, they were able to patch that.... I suspect this is a very similar issue, but, I am not holding my breath on Beth ever patching any more of the remaining bugs in the game.
  13. I also have a chest in my 'crafting' area that I stash stuff that is saleable.... Junk goes in the workbench, everything else goes in the chest. I make the rounds of vendors every now and again to purchase supplies. (concrete, copper, that kind of thing.) I end up accumulating more than I will ever be able to sell......
  14. That's a long time in a plane. :D Sounds like my kind of place though. :D
  15. Baltimore has recently decided they they are going to stop arresting folks for assorted misdemeanors..... drug possession, and prostitution.... (the latter I can almost understand....) I am sure the drug dealers and pimps are going to LOVE that.... Save me a seat please. :D (But, I HATE flying.... when I am not at the controls......)
  16. You can likely get a way with it, and not notice much, if any, difference. Using load accelerator helps to.
  17. Do ALL of your saves behave the same way? Or is it just a couple of the latest ones?
  18. Yeah, I find myself picking up just about EVERYTHING as I wander thru the wasteland. Even though I really don't need any more 'stuff'...... Weapons as well. I run Modern Firearms, so, for the most part, I pick up just about every weapon I come across. Even pipe guns. (rifles are a good source of copper..... and it disturbs me that I know that.....) It's gotten so bad..... that when I see a roll of duct tape on the counter at work, I have to STOP myself from picking it up, stuffing it in my pocket, so I can mod my pistol when I get back home....... Yeah, I play this game WAY too much. :D
  19. Item pricing in vendor inventories can be fun. Price is based on your relevant skill, and the vendors disposition toward you. Although, I think your variation there is a bit extreme. :)
  20. Way cool! :D Never would have considered Place everywhere to be the culprit.....
