The media is biased. That is a fact. There is no such thing as 'honest journalism' any more. That too, is a thing of the past. You are a fine example of just what that biased media leads to. The whole "I am right, and you are batguano crazy, because you don't agree with me." You grew up in an entirely different culture, so, I am willing to cut you SOME slack for your opinions, but, you have repeatedly put forward that anyone that supports our constitutional right to bear arms is some form of 'white supremacist', or some other variety of 'low character'. Doesn't matter what anyone else says, if it doesn't agree with your 'disarm the masses so only the government has guns' rhetoric, then they are obviously some ultra-right wing conservative, and should be taken out and shot...... So, I am simply going to ignore anything you have to say on this topic in the future, as you have zero experience with it, have no clue what a 'constitutional right' means, seem to think that government/police can 'protect you'. (which they obviously can't) and seem to think that the answer to any threat is to run away, and hide behind someone else. You can't get any different from american values than that.

I think if the option is on, it shows for everyone. If the option is off, no one sees it.

Running in windowed mode. Change these settings in your FalloutPrefs.ini: bTopMostWindow=0 bMaximizeWindow=0 bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=1 iSize H=1080 iSize W=1920 Change iSize H and W to your monitors native resolution. Should take care of it. :D

Is the original author still active? Is he/she aware of the problem? Might wanna drop 'em a PM, and see what ya get. They might be interested in collaborating with you on that.

That setting isn't in the ini.... you have to add it. Bethini should have the option for it, unless it does it automagically.

Actually, home invasions are far more prevalent than folks would like to admit. Of course, most criminals like to break into homes that no one is currently home... but, it doesn't always work that way. @XRay: I would also point out, that anyone breaking into a home, isn't going to be doing it quietly. The whole 'picking locks' thing isn't a common skill, and most home invaders just kick in a door, or break a window. NOT something I would sleep through. I also have dogs, and they would alert me to an intruder LONG before said intruder to make it to my bedroom. I would have plenty of time to arm myself, and be prepared. Also, while you may be content to simply cower in a closet, and wait for someone else to save you, I most certainly am NOT. Police response times out here are laughable. They would show up in time to clean up the mess. So long as my second amendment rights are intact, that would be the criminal getting hauled away in a meat wagon. NOT one of MY Family.

Didn't read the article I posted, did you? It seems that the 'average' mass shooter has owned his weapon for right around 8 and a half years...... Less than 8% of shooters bought their weapon within 3 months of committing their crime. What this means is: An 'assault weapons' ban won't make any difference whatsoever, for about a 100 years or so. You also must have missed my post stating that removing 5 democrat run cities from the statistics, has the effect of showing that the US would be right in line with most other 'civilized countries' when it comes to death rates related to crime. The chart you posted by Everytown for gun safety PURPOSELY skews the statistics on mass shootings as well. They included incidents in high-crime areas. (essentially, gang activity.) In reality, right around 85% of mass shootings happen in gun free zones. (which was also pointed out in the article I posted.) Another little tidbit you conveniently ignore is, the use of firearms to PREVENT crime. Something to the tune of 2.5 MILLION times per year. (read here.) The "assault weapons" ban back in the 80-90's had ZERO effect on crime....... Face it, banning firearms won't make any difference in crime rates at all. It simply isn't possible to remove all firearms in the US. Any attempt to do so by our government would instantly result in civil war. And I doubt that the US military would be interested in helping the government accomplish that in any event. (their oath is to defend the CONSTITUTION, not the current administration.) It is also unconstitutional (read that: Illegal) for the army to be used in such a manner. A lot would need to change before that was even a possibility, and the population would see that coming far in advance, and take steps to make sure it did not happen. First, the government would need to convince two-thirds of the states that changing that amendment was a good idea. That simply is not going to happen. Have a look at what happened in darn near EVERY country where the citizens were disarmed. MILLIONS dead at the hands of their own government. Do you really think the american people would just sit back and watch as their government attempted to disarm them? Do you think we wouldn't fight back? I really don't care 'what works' in Europe. The US is NOT Europe. Most european countries have banned civilian ownership of weapons in general, for hundreds of years. Don't want the rabble overthrowing their despot, no do we? It is part of YOUR culture, just like gun ownership is a part of ours. That isn't going to change any time soon.

Yeah, if you sign in to windows using an MS account, windows tends to move the documents, pictures, music, etc... folder into the onedrive folder..... so all that stuff is backed up 'in the cloud'. Of course, Windows doesn't TELL YOU it's going to do that.......

Yeah, it's gotta be. The quest for Greygarden comes immediately to mind. Flipping the switches in the water treatment plant lowers the water level. Now, in an exterior cell, having the water level above grade in some areas, may make it a bit more interesting....... I don't really know how 'localized' the water plane is in exterior cells.

I don't think it will be an issue. The 'build your own vault' mod did pretty much exactly that. You basically had an entrance into the void, and built your vault from there.
