If you kills the process, then restart it, does it do the same thing? If it does.... Try disabling half your mods, and test.

What mods are you running? If you have two mods that do the same thing/try to affect the same things, yeah, that's gonna be problematic.

I have a logitech G402X, and love it for gaming. It has been very reliable in the several years I have been using it.

Message is normal. Try verfiying the game cache (assuming you have steam version?)

Don't know if SFSE has updated yet, by, the Address Library team is having some issues, as it appears there was a pretty significant code change.... and they are having trouble remaking the library.

Requires the gog version of SKSE, are you starting the game with that?

Did you install any version with MO2? If so, uninstall it. Navigate to the game install folder, and fire off F4SE_Loader directly, see if the game starts.

Modders are under no obligation to provide support beyond the initial upload.

The only textures I have seen, are 'improvements' on vanilla textures. So far as I know, there aren't any that purposely make a ship look "old, used, and abused".

I would expect, that anyone downloading 1000 mods in a very short period of time, is unlikely to be legit.....

But not 100's of thousands, nor even thousands.......

I would point out, that most of the folks banned for piracy, out themselves on it..... Saying thing like 'repack' or 'cracked version'... etc. Even though in the terms of service, it flatly states piracy is neither condoned, nor supported here..... Obviously, its folks that don't actually read what they are agreeing to when they sign up, and then get banned for one of their first few posts.

Yeah, the log is essentially meaningless to me..... The whole 'exception access violation' thing could mean any of a number of things. Could even mean that its windows that is choking on something, not necessarily Skyrim. If you use a mod manager, are you getting any warnings??? If you can't even get to the main menu, (save, load, etc) have you changed/added/removed any mods recently?
