May want to put a comment on the PDY mod, see if the author has any idea.

Gotta agree with this sentiment. Mods are general are inherently dangerous. (for certain values thereof) There is ALWAYS the risk of introducing problems when installing mods, doesn't matter who makes 'em, or if you paid for them, or not....

How is verified creators hurting the modding community?????

Is MO2 actually starting it with the script extender? I have no clue about MO2, I use vortex.... MO2 adds another layer of complications to the scene.... If you go directly to the extender loader for the CK, (I think you have to rename it, or some such....) Will PDY then work as advertised? I believe it will load ALL the plugins in the folder, just as it would with the game. (SFSE plugins, that is.)

Trouble is, the exe is encrypted, so, F4SE can't read it, or do anything with it, so, no, there is no fix for it......

Yeah, I get that, and I remember way back when, when alien turned off all comments. Completely understandable, but, you also have name-recognition, and have been here just this side of forever. In general, ya gotta have a pretty thick skin to upload mods for public consumption, but, sometimes, even adamantium skin ain't think enough. There are some truly.... erm.... "special" people out there in the world.......

I am suspicious of any mod that closes it's comment section. Generally, that indicates to me that the mod has an issue, or does something undesirable, that the author doesn't want advertised in the comments..... So, yeah, no comments? No download.

Are you running the CK via SFSE?? and loading the pdy plugin??

If it could be designated as an 'outpost', that would be stellar. No idea if the game allows for such though.

Skyrim Forums. You have to join the community to post there. Should be a link for that in the title box. 358 active mods? That is likely at least part of your problem. So far as I know, the max supported is 256...... That may have changed, I just don't know.

I've had to do some hoop-jumping to attempt to create accounts with google..... but, it became too much of a bother, and I stopped... Am I just too lazy?

Need to start the game at least once, with no mods, for it to create the various necessary files/folders. Your mod manager needs to handle archive invalidation, most of them do it automatically, some of them, you have to tell them to do it.

Generic hardware error, something tried to write to a protected address in RAM. That's gonna be fun to figger out.....

That seems like a reasonable supposition.... Though, I wake up every morning, and think to myself: Self, today, I am going to post something that is an obvious violation of many rules on one of my most necessary websites..... Hhhmmm.... Well, on second thought, nope. Don't think that at all. What folks just don't seem to be able to figure out is, if you are playing in someone elses yard, you play by their rules, or, you get sent home..... That doesn't seem like such a difficult concept to grasp, does it???

I think being able to exit your ship in space, and then build an outpost on an asteroid would be cool.

Installing a mod should NOT cause that..... Vortex shouldn't even be able to do that..... Something else is going on there, but, I have no idea what it would be.
