  1. I honestly dont know if there is a fix for that one or not. You could always use the setstage command to just finish that part of the quest. Here are the stages http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:A_Daedra%27s_Best_Friend#Bugs I just did that quest... You guys have the unofficial patches installed?
  2. Have a look here bud : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=66035819
  3. Ok when ya click on the server icon it should bring up a box. On that box I think is a greyed out wrench icon. Try clicking that. If not Ill log onto my other puter and walk ya thru it.
  4. You might want to also check out this thread about limiting fps with MSI Afterburner. It really helped me. http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/955666-skyrim-low-fps-on-my-msi-ge60-0nd/
  5. Ok heres how I fixed the same problem. Went home and took everything that I REALLY needed to keep and brought it to vanilla house and left it there. Sold or used everything else, Deleted house mod. Made a clean save. (the kind with a # next to it). Not a quick or auto save. Download and use this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31724 Follow the directions to the letter and make backups of your saves b4! Make sure it says finished or done in the console b4 ya close it. Sometimes it takes a while. Heres a video that might help: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Vi6lBUIN1ec There is also a script cleaner on the Nexus but Ive never tried it. Let me know how ya make out!
  6. There are some bugs with that quest. Try this. Open your console (~) key. Type setstage ms12b 60 then press enter. You can also have a look at the bottom of this page: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Repairing_the_Phial#Bugs
  7. Ok wait a sec here. Are you seeing no mods update or just the old ones? Btw, if your starting using SKSE your not gonna see that.
  8. Make your games screen resolution matches your desktop resolution.
  9. If you have the newest one you need to also start the afterburner server after you start afterburner. That should give you the little server icon. If you dont have it then go to the bottom left of this page and download it http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm Be warned the on screen display when turned on crashed skyrim when using SKSE. I set it to 30 fps and wow what a difference. Also make sure you have verticle sync shut off in your nvidia 3d options.
  10. Ok good. Now disable more mods until you find the one that is making your problem.
  11. Do you have any mods that effect those armors? They might be made for a specific body type.
  12. Yeah I had the same problem with some bloated saves. I fixed it by deleting or selling or using everything I had in inventory, chests, my home etc then using the save cleaner. Heres the save cleaner. Be sure to back up your saves first in case it messes them up! You really need to follow the directions step by step and dont close the dialogue box until it says "finished". http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31724 Heres the script cleaner: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31675 Let us know how they work.
  13. TY. Im actually gonna give that a try myself  Mobo = Motherboard I mean like if you open your nvidia settings (ya should have a little nvidia icon in your desktop tray bottom right of your screen) There is a bunch of settings in there also.
  14. *Points down* http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uRZiv-sNyk And I think ya can just move everything else. Just go into the setting and tell mod manager where your new install is.
  15. You might have a bloated save. What level is your character? There is also a script cleaner here on the Nexus somewhere. I've never tried myself. Do ya have really long loading screens when you fast travel or open a door?
  16. Ok here is what I would do. Deactivate like 5 mods. Try the game and see if its fixed. If not deactivate 5 more and see if its fixed. Keep doing that until its fixed. When it works you will know that one of those 5 mods are the problem then you can try deactivating them one by one. Pain in the butt to do but its the only thing I can think of. Also. Do you have SKSE installed? These is also a program called BOSS you could try but I dont think its your load order if that other program finished.
  17. Have a look here and make sure your doing it right:
  18. Does it only happen with that one armor?
  19. Ok try running this program. It checks your load order. If it goes thru all your stuff and then if it says "finished" then your ok. If not let me see the last part of the text from the program.
  20. Try going into your nvidia settings and set everything possible to use game settings. Unless ya have alot mods installed ya should be getting more than that. Also make sure your directx and mobo drivers are all up to date.
  21. Well theres the unofficial skyrim patch. If your running mods give this a shot, your load order might be borked Hard to tell from pics are ya missing textures or is it the actual shadowing?
  22. I get that all the time. Pretty sure everyone does. Yes to all seems to work fine
  23. Looks like your not alone. Some of the guys on this forum really know their stuff. Have a look here: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=342434
  24. Ok also try shutting off any antivirus ya might have running. It might be allowing access to those files.
  25. I dont see your error listed here but ya might wanna try some of these fixes: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/721054-problems-read-here-first-nexus-mod-manager-frequent-issues/
