Would save and get lonesome road last though as all the other DLC's refer to it. Dead Money points to both Old World Blues and Lonesome Road Old World Blue Refers to both Dead money and Lonesome Road So Story line DLC best play though order is Dead Money -> Old World Blues -> Lonesome Road. Honest Hearts can fit in anywhere in the story line as it really on refers back to the main NV Quest line with NCR v Legion back story.

All four major DLC for New Vegas locks you in to a new play space till its complete. The 5th DLC is Gunner Runners which is mostly just new challanges to complete and new weapons to play with nothing really of quality. The 6th and final DLC called couriers stash is nothing more then all the pre-order bonus packs bundled into one and their pretty much items you will toss out if you mod your game.

I know, however their tools really can't identify things like that. Alot of these tools they use just say something was modified but not exactly what it was. EA/Bioware for Mass Effect was banning for modifing weapon for multiplayer but not for single player. However, when you changed the single player weapon stats in the ini file it applied to the multiplayer weapon as well, as they shared the same data. Thus, someone that never played multiplayer just single player was fine, however if they decided one day to try multiplayer they might end up having their multiplayer stats whipped with out notifcation and if they kept it up would earn a Origin ban. Now EA/Bioware did come out and say you could modify the textures, and single player models(These were properly separated from multiplayer), and even add in SSAO and stuff like that with out being banned. Why was this done this way? ME3 was coop and used a persons local models so they didn't care about those as it wouldn't affect the long run. Now someone with a weapon that fire 1200 rpm, nearly infinite ammo, and can 4 shot a boss mob type on platnium game play would heavily affect meta, so they had their tools check only the ini file. As Dark souls 2 is competitive even something like SSAO would have an effect on game play. As its likely the same programming hooks for say SSAO could be used for ESP programs. As I don't support cheating in multiplayer games I won't link any video here of what ESP is, you can look those up on youtube if your not familiar with those.

This is the issue with games that are always online, any change to the game can be seen as an gaining an advantage over others. I know some people modded their files in WoW so Gnome were as tall as Night elves on their screen as gnomes couldn't hide in bushes anymore. Though this started as someone modified void walker to look like Ragneros on his screen only, he was later banned for this and they made a check system to see if you had changed the mesh files. Granted most of these Mesh changes actually improved mesh qualities.

Well one of the reason schools actually don't do jack about bullies till its to late is bullying is to be reported. This negitively affects the schools rating which will reduce the schools funding so they are less likely to report or deal with any acts of committed by the bully. However, when someone responds to the bully with force they have to report it, and will punish both parties even if it was an act of self defense.

Actually as someone who played though every flashpoint in SWTOR, its is effectively KOTOR 3, as it does pick up on that cliff hanger ending in KOTOR 2. If you don't believe me play Republic get your character to the mid 30s and you get a quest from an Astromech that sends you to a Yoda wanna be. During that scene you will see the the Outcast/Jedi General from KOTOR 2, and your sent on a mission to save someone from KOTOR 1. On the Imperial side you are sent to fight the KOTOR 1 person the republic saved earlier. *edit add nearly forgot this, but Bioware was orginally going to make a KOTOR 3 however Wizard's of the Coast thanks to their parent company Atari pulled all licencing agreements to use the D&D RP (except for the DDO with Turbine due to ties to Atari) so Atari could make its own games with the D&D RP system. So the story elements and planets that were to be part of KOTOR 3 got rolled into SWTOR. Side note this is also why Baulders Gate 3 was also canceled and turned into Dragon Age: Origins. **

Well the only real reason why their opening up the next gen consoles to modding is their pretty much using pure PC architecture in them. In fact their Processors are X86 architecture unlike the prior generation (at least in the playstations case).

Also Nvidia's next card will actually have something like this as well. So AMDs CPUs and GPUs will have Mantle software, and Nvidia will have something that will work just like it in the 800 series cards. Great combo in the works it sounds like. So hopefully everyone is holding off till next year to update their PCs as this will be a massive leap foward in tech, if it doesn't fall flat in this run.

ATM thanks to Obama's big mouth he painted the US into a corner and the only real way out is letting the Russians plan, letting his plan fail in Congress (to blame it on Congress), or hold out till the UN states the results of the investigation, all to save face. Also thanks to his comments the initiative was lost and most of those targets were moved to new locations including the chemical weapons that were targets for the first missile strikes.

Well there was a NV mod that worked a little like this by the name of Project Ultimatum. Though you couldn't sell them, and the only way to get them was to capture NPCs. The way to capture a NPC was to knock them out and put a slave collar into their inventory, or reverse pick pocket the collar in. You could also craft a collar detonator which would take their heads off if you pressed the button.
