Can Vortex Be Used To Automatically Generate A "Collection"?

As in "push a button and the collection is auto done for you" rather than having to build it by hand. Thinking this may be a good way to archive my current load order remotely without having to backup the downloads and staging folders................. I may regret this question.

Collections haven't been implemented in Vortex yet. Haven't even started the beta phase yet.

Eventually, though, that seems to be one of the uses they envision for Collections according to BBK.

if you use vortex, which you do, you'd already know the answer before putting the queston up.

so i have to ask - are you trying to troll here?

No trolling. But if collections are inevitable, this the one and only use I would have for them.

I'm not sure you'd be able to do it with a load order that was downloaded and installed before the Collection feature is implemented, though. Mostly because I don't know if Vortex currently logs download information on a per file basis rather than a per mod basis.

It manages overwrites on a per file basis (as opposed on a per mod basis) so I think i already does.
