Zanderat Posted July 23, 2021 Posted July 23, 2021 As in "push a button and the collection is auto done for you" rather than having to build it by hand. Thinking this may be a good way to archive my current load order remotely without having to backup the downloads and staging folders................. I may regret this question.
showler Posted July 23, 2021 Posted July 23, 2021 Collections haven't been implemented in Vortex yet. Haven't even started the beta phase yet. Eventually, though, that seems to be one of the uses they envision for Collections according to BBK.
Guest deleted34304850 Posted July 23, 2021 Posted July 23, 2021 if you use vortex, which you do, you'd already know the answer before putting the queston up.so i have to ask - are you trying to troll here?
Zanderat Posted July 23, 2021 Author Posted July 23, 2021 No trolling. But if collections are inevitable, this the one and only use I would have for them.
showler Posted July 23, 2021 Posted July 23, 2021 I'm not sure you'd be able to do it with a load order that was downloaded and installed before the Collection feature is implemented, though. Mostly because I don't know if Vortex currently logs download information on a per file basis rather than a per mod basis.
