New Vegas Mod Detectives

I just saw the "immunocompromised" mod then I was instantly reminded of another sick courier mod I saw a long time ago, forgot the name of, and now want to download. A challenge run. The idea is that after you get shot Doc Mitchell's surgery wasn't exactly perfect and you're left terminally ill. Your health gets worse and you get weaker and weaker as you level up. Chems like buffout can make life a little easier but it definitely won't end well for your character after Hoover Dam assuming you can make it that far.

I've been searching for months, but if there is one, I really need to find a way/mod to make decals stop flickering. This happens almost everywhere (especially in the city) when I get a few yards away from decals and it looks very ugly, especially when there are a lot of posters and wall destruction decals. Thank you.

Between these two: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64014 https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54438 which is the better nude mod? Or is there one that's better than both of them? By good, I mean comprehensive. Regular humans, raiders, ghouls, tribals, etc. Not sure if marked men and lobotomites have unique bodies.

Normal vanilla body replacers do have their own armor replacer, but the biggest number of armor replacer mods would belong to type3 variants, which come from dimonized. I would suggest dimonized more than vanilla.

THAT is from point of utility. But the problem of body replacer is that WHICH do you like better. So you have to figure out yourself.

I think Aurum10000 is looking for a collection that has the best bug fixes and stability mods without any mods that change any other parts of the game, all packaged into a single collection. 1041 individual mods is a lot to sort through.

Look under the "essentials" category of collections.

I personally don't use collections, so I don't have a specific recommendation.
