Vyxenne
Vortex Version "1.2.17 | Released June 22, 2020 | Electron 8.3.1 | Node 12.13.0 | Chrome 80.0.3987.165"Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1) I have been using Vortex for months to manage Skyrim Special Edition. A few days ago I decided to revisit Fallout New Vegas, which I had last played in 2016, using NMM to manage around 70 mods, all but NVSE from the FNV Nexus. My entire Steam library including Skyrim LE, Skyrim SE and Fallout NV, is on an SSD, in path G:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\<game folders>. Steps I have taken so far:Verified that my FNV installation is still playable by launching it via NVSE_loader.exeVerified that my Steam Shortcut "Fallout New Vegas 4GB" still worked and launched the game via the FNV 4GB executableVerified that NMM 0.56 (Beta) was still alive and well and had my FNV mods under its wingLooked through the list of supported games in the Vortex Games tab, which revealed many games I don't have but no FNVDid a quick scan in Vortex trying to get it to "find" FNVDid a full scan in Vortex trying to get it to "find" FNVManually entered the FNV game path "G:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas" trying to force Vortex to "see" FNVDid a Google search on "Vortex Fallout New Vegas" and confirmed that Vortex is supposed to support FNVDid a Forum Search on the Nexus Vortex Support forums on "Fallout New Vegas" and found several suggestions which led me to perform the steps listed above, as well as many other people who had this same exact issue, specifically with FNVPosted this request for helpI would appreciate any suggestions or help forcing Vortex to find FNV so I don't have to manage my FNV mods with NMM. Pickysaurus
If you don't see FNV at all go to the Extensions tab in Vortex can check for "Game: Fallout New Vegas". If it's no enabled, enable it and restart. If you can't find it at all try reinstalling Vortex. Basically, if you can't even see the game art of New Vegas in the games tab, either the extension is disabled or your install got corrupted. Zanderat
I have the GOG version, as well and Vortex found it no problem. I would reinstall the game, as it sounds like Vortex can't find the registry key it needs to recognize the game.

Thank you, this was the case- enabling the Extension did the trick. While I was there, I discovered dozens of activated extensions for game I don't have, and realized that was what was causing my useless-due-to-severe-clutter "Games" tab, so I disabled all the game extensions I don't have. This cleaned up my "Games" display considerably.
