Nether's Follower Framework (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/55653) is what I use, has a lot of customization options. There are two other frequently cited mods I don't use, only one of which I remember the name - Amazing Follower Tweaks (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6656) . Maybe someone else will come through and mention other options. I looked at the Followers and Companions mod category, and saw it, I think - Multiple Follower Framework (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24167) - try taking a look at that mod category and see if any other options show up.

Have you tried verifying your game files through Steam? Might just be a corrupted game file.

Instant crash usually means some kind of SKSE mismatch, either with the game version, or one of the mods dependent upon it. You could double-check your SKSE mods against the list at SKSE Plugin Status (https://modding.wiki/en/skyrim/users/skse-plugins) . A game version mismatch with your version of SKSE should give some kind of error message on start-up.

I hope that it is not too complex, I plan on trying it in my next game. Ya know, the one where I finally change over to v. 1.6+, change back to TKAA from RS Children, dump a bunch of mods, add in even more, and transition to Faster HDT-SMP.

Purplish blue usually means that you do not have matching textures loading with your preset. While I am less sure about the glossiness, I think that it might be a mismatched/missing specular map. Double-check any requirements for your preset(s), it is possible that you downloaded a version you did not intend to, or the download is corrupted. You might try asking your question on the page of the body mod you are using, or the page of the particular preset. FYI - I have never used a preset, so I cannot say for sure, but this is what I have gleaned from other posts/discussions.

I hope that my reply didn't come across as ridicule, I am just happy to see that I am not the only one that misses stuff that is out in the open, or right under my nose. I feel much better when I find myself in good company :)

Let me try it again - Immersive Dragons (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18957) I think that you could change the sizes by some variation of the setscale command, but I don't know how to make it work globally (for all dragons at once). Maybe someone out there could help with that. I think that setscale would be bad to use in addition to the bigger wingspan, however.

R to unlock the word. (Have dragon soul, highlight inactive word, hit 'R'.) The instruction is hiding in plain sight, so Wererommel is probably feeling pretty sheepish for now, but everything is OK. I am pretty sure that all of us have done something similar in the past. Thanks for the comic relief.

Have you seen this (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18957 )? This increases the wingspan of dragons, it may be all that you really need. I use it, and it can cause a few minor collision problems in combat, and after soul absorption. If I remember correctly, resizing creatures does not really resize the hitbox, so you could end up aiming at the ankles of your resized dragons (or try for arrows to the knee).

If I remember correctly, the player.modav dragonsouls console command will add the number of dragon souls to your total. I used to have to utilize it often when there was a common bug that killing a dragon would not give the PC a soul. I suggest that you use it at the value 1 (player.modav dragonsouls 1), activate your word, then repeat. It might prevent other weirdness.

For future reference, I create an extra folder in my Skyrim SE folder for old saves, and simple drag and drop my older saves into it, w/o deleting them. Might have been able to make a shortcut to my alternate HD, now that I think about it, so it wouldn't take up extra space. This allows me to do a LOT of bugged game killing... I use SKSE, so I make sure to clean the cosaves first, using a d/l JavaScript someone provided a couple of years back. Its easier for me than making sure that the built-in fix in one of the bug fixing mods has done its job.

Question - have you cleaned your master files? I know that doing that caused a game-breaking bug in the final DB showdown w/Miraak, weirding out the Apocrypha level where you I had to verify my game files through Steam, and re-enter that chapter in the book to complete the quest. Couldn't do that now, as it was before the 1.6+ game update, and I am still on v 1.597.

Me, I just used a couple of perk enhancers to allow a zoot suit of 100+ magic school enchantments, so I can spam their expert/master spells at zero cost, but it still takes quite awhile. Nothing says fun like spamming Incinerate 3-4 times on a Frost Troll, or Thunderbolt on Snow Bears or Legendary Dragons! -

In my older playthroughs, it often seemed as if spawn points were changing over time, first moving to different places, then becoming more crowded together as more were re-enabled as my pc grew in level. With True Hunter, some points just didn't come back at all. Maybe one or more of your mods is doing something similar, changing spawns to reflect your character's level, and changing what can/cannot spawn. I also use Immersive World Encounters, and it is very 'streaky' at times, repeatedly giving me the same type of encounter several times in a row. Again, I haven't updated to the latest version, b/c I don't want to chance mangling my LO with an update. As an aside, my pc is lvl 180+, and got Aela's Snow Cat Pelt mission, and I wandered the wilds for months, not seeing even ONE. Had to go hunting giants for their stored pelts. Not fun at all. -
Only one last idea, have you cleaned your game master files? I used to, but reverted after a quest-killing bug in Dragonborn was caused by the cleaned file. As a side effect, I seem to have fewer ctd and freeze events after verifying my game files in Steam, thus restoring the original, dirty file versions. I am still on 1.597, and did it well before the AE changes.

Do you use True Hunter (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/25628), by any chance? The older version I am using sometimes doesn't reenable spawn points. When I rework my LO, I will update this mod. -
I just loaded up Bodyslide and re-started the batch build process. I saw no choices that include physics for any of the hard shell armors, but armors like Imperial Light, Imperial Medium, and vanilla Ancient Nord armors had physics enabling choices when I got to the "Choose output set" dialog. You might try asking on LoversLab discussion, there might be some mods there that would enable it...

Bright snow on rocks and cities with Vivid Weathers

I have seen other posts referring to the vanilla snow shaders, try searching them out. I think you may need to find a snow replacer that does something differently. I use VW, along with a couple of snow mods, and don't see this problem. No ENB, though. You might also need to go to the VW page and ask there. -
Search out 'reference handles limit' for Skyrim SE, you can find an xEdit script to see if you are over the limit, and possible solutions. I linked it on another post recently.
