I would much prefer it if you used the forum for this. If a mod page has no valid mod files it may be removed. If you just want to share something you've written I wouldn't call that "cluttering up" the forum. :)

It doesn't seem the OP is coming back to this topic to clarify what they were talking about so I'm going to close the thread.

Mod pages should only really be used for mod content. We have both the Wiki and Forum that serve as a place for documentation/article posts.

You can post a forum topic in the section for that game, which is more-or-less what you're asking?

Interesting. Do you have anything that controls traffic on your laptop? Or perhaps settings on your router? As HTR says, if you get full speed on your laptop then it's not a connection problem but something local to that machine's setup.

I'll first point at that you're necro-ing a thread that is over 3 years old. Secondly, due to the age of the thread the information isn't current anymore. The Vortex mod manager supports GTAV but NMM has been "dead" since 2016.

This is actually a bit more difficult than it sounds, but it's on a future improvement list. We'll either do that or at some point we'll make it so our comments support Unicode emoji.

To add to this, we've had a few more reports of this problem that weren't caused by addons. We have tweaked the security settings on the login page to try and avoid users hitting this issue.

I really don't understand the need for all these questionable tinfoil-hat extensions. I mean, I'd trust a site I use regularly rather than some browser extension I've never heard of. It's possible (but unlikely) that it actually does the opposite of what it's meant to do. Effectively, if you keep adding things to your setup that alter the way browsers/sites are expected to work you'll have to be prepared for things to break. Seems your account is Premium now. We've been seeing a delay on PayPal's end more and more often lately. We're looking into it.

I would recommend Imgur or you can add the images to your mod page gallery.

Ctrl + F5 might help. It depends if I'm right in thinking it's cached somewhere.

I don't get any warnings, but these image links are still broken: http://www.dcoffey.co.uk/images/bookcoversskyrim/BCSSE_Banner_Large.jpg It's possible DD still has the "bad" version of the page in the browser cache.
